Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Our private tour by Tong was amazing. He was attentive, friendly and nice enough to take photos of my me and my fiancé at the attraction stops. He carefully crafted the route to make sure we were able to beat the crowd (it was lantern festival weekend), and he did!! There were no one in our photos and it truly felt like a private tour. Thank you for the lovely experience 10/10

Our trip started with Jojo picking us up in a Ute which felt very VIP since my partner and I + 1 other person were the only ones in the car. JoJo was very good as a tour guide with the others too (Golf, Jane and the last one I forgot his name!) They were all super friendly and helpful and it was awesome to hear more about Thai Culture through the caves and then the Kayaking part was hilarious with the yelling of the guides telling us to do "Forward left!" Before we go straight into trees, but was an amazing experience! Would recommend if ya have a day to kill this is it also it does take about an hour and a half drive out but there is a pit stop at a 7eleven along the way.

Jimmy has immense knowledge about the culture and values of Thailand. He is aware of what it takes to be a good host to individuals who are exploring new horizons. He is kind, and holds beautiful space, entertaining and will make you laugh through the journey. Nick was wonderful as well with such amazing understanding of the needs of people he is supporting as Nick really kept in mind what vegans needed and if the restaurants were honoring that space appropriately as well. I am very thankful to both of them for providing a space where I could feel safe as a first time traveller.

Did the 3 hour ATV and it was amazing! The team really looked after us and we were well equipped with all the safety gear. We went along the river and saw elephants by the Elephant Nature Park, then went up to the mountains to a local village. The views were spectacular! A big thank you to our guide who was very courteous and really looked after us. Thank you for a fantastic experience 🤩🙏

We took a leisurely ride on a thick-tired e-Bike through the lush suburbs. There was plenty of shade, so it was comfortable even on hot days. The guide was polite and told us some fun stories.

Great experience, very conscientious driver that gave personalised recommendations for food and things to do. For anyone looking to do only the Sticky Waterfalls, I would recommend! Earth was a great tour guide.

This coffee tour totally exceeded our expectations! The experience was incredible. It’s not just your typical coffee tour; it’s also a chance to appreciate Mother Nature. Brewing and roasting coffee while soaking in the stunning views after a nice hike and enjoying a tasty organic lunch? Absolutely no complaints here. I’d give it 6 stars out of 5!

    這個絕對是超出預期的咖啡tour.
    這tour不只是一個咖啡體驗, 而是一個欣賞大自然的旅程!不論是風景, 咖啡, 或 行程安排完全毫無挑剔~

This was one of my highlights of a big trip to Thailand.

A small group of around 8-9 and lots of fascinating stops along the way, you get a real feel for the countryside, local sights & sounds as well as some street food along the way.

I hadn't rode a bike for best part of 30 years and managed this adventure, the heat is manageable with the breeze and the guide is never far away with bottles of water.

It is a long 42km ride though so some stamina is needed and a top tip - don't be over-tempted to hit the e-bike boost button too often or you'll end up with jelly legs on the last 20 mins of the ride with no power - no power on an ebike means no peddle assist and these bikes can't really be ridden without it as they weigh a ton!

    Highly recommended.

The trip was absolutely fantastic. The guides have been super friendly. It was fantastic to be so close to the elephants. We had the impression that the elephants have been treated very nicely. The rafting and sticky waterfalls also clear recommendation. The lady from the broker is very happy forgot my shoes in the van. All in all, it was the best trip we had in Chiang Mai.

We organised a two day tour with Next Step Thailand, for our family including two kids aged 9 and 12. We did some brilliant activities - bike ride through a local village, bamboo rafting, jungle hiking. Overnight we stayed at the Spicey Villa bungalows; the kids helped make dinner and learnt about Thai cooking. The next day we swam through waterfalls. The tour was perfect - my kids loved it, both the tour guides were super knowledgable, funny, and amazing cooks. On the second day Boon prepared a lunch by cooking inside bamboo! And chicken roasted over a fire. He is true artist and gentleman. While on the pricier side, it was worth it. If you are looking for the opposite of a 'resort' experience; instead want a real experience to see a small slice of Thailand, we highly recommend!
