Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jane ØOslo38 contributionsAmazing park. Lots of flowers, so beautiful if you love flowers. Love the orchid pavilion and the royal pavillion. Nice restaurant. I recommend to stay hereWritten 1 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ChristieFriskyOslo, Norway20 contributionsIt wasn’t that much worse than other zoos, despite what some of the other reviews claim. You can walk around and see the animals at your own pace if you prefer. If you go on the little buses you get to see the bigger more exotic animals, be advised the volume from the speakers from the tour guide is extremely loud, so I would not recommend it to babies or really young children. And perhaps avoid the tiger show, it’s crazy how they get big cats to obey like dogs, that’s what my party told me, but I also avoided it because volume was way too loud for a baby. Overall, if you’ve done all the other tourists things in Chiang Mai and is desperate for one more, sure it’s not the worst time you’ll have. But if you don’t go, you wouldn’t have missed anything.Written 1 February 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - George E87 contributionsThis is a stunning day out where you can roam the beautifully treated waterfalls and gardens. Lots of opportunities for some amazing photos and just a place to spend some time exploring. We went to the coffee shop after which has a variety of food and drinks on offer. The cakes are also amazing!Written 5 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Anthony CAustralia7 contributionsThe orchids were beautiful but not a great deal to see. It was all over in 20 minutes. Having been there once I will not return.Written 7 October 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jonathan MSt Martin / St Maarten38 contributionsWe did the full day course, and from the moment we started off at the market we had a smile on our face. The group ranging in age from 11-48 enjoyed every moment of the day. Its a must spent day.Written 15 March 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Alisa B7 contributionsI was so glad I made the effort to come here from Chiang Mai. Ku and Gunn are so welcoming, kind and taught me so much about both art and Thai culture. They have great coffee, tea, butterbeer and food. They have art workshops if you want to spend a whole day here or little things you can paint for ten minutes while you sip coffee or tea. They can help you organize a ride as well. Definitely a highlight of my trip!Written 27 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Peter FischerPattaya, Thailand222 contributionsThe sculptures are awesome the exhibition a bit small but free admission. So it's worth a look. The place itself needs renovation badly. But I liked it.Written 25 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
