If you're looking for somewhere friendly where you can be creative whilst enjoying tranquility in the heart of a city, then this place is for you!
I've tried and really loved both the sculpting and wheel workshops.

They were so helpful, kind and patient. the krathonhs are a bit difficult to make and they make it look so easy. - Ben R1 contributionI took the eco-printing workshop here last July. Then I returned to bring my mom and girlfriend to do it as well. It's fun, easy and the pieces you create always come out looking great!
They will take you through the whole process, explaining everything as you go. They even give you a book and some of the materials so you can try it at home. My favorite part was walking through the garden there and seeing which leaves/flowers came from what plants.
The owner's showroom is quite impressive as well. It was cool to see the creative things that she has created. I have been a professional artist for over 30 years and have had many opportunities to study and work along side what I consider to be "Masters in their respective crafts". Sanguan is different. Clearly gifted in the technical skills of painting and drawing, what he possesses in addition to this is humility, kindness and a sense of peace. If you are in Chiang Mai, and you have interest in purchasing fine art, there is no need to look further. besides an amazing and affordable memory of your time in northern Thailand, your purchase can be rolled for you to take or shipped on your behalf. We had gyoza dumplings, spicy noodle salad, "vegan chicken" with som tam and sticky rice, green curry. The unconvinced vegan in the family enjoyed spring rolls and french fries. All in lovely presentations, drinks decorated with flowers. We wanted to learn some basic terms for our stay here in Thailand and also experience some cool night markets and restaraunts and this is exactly what we had in mind. Chanya is one of the locals but speaks English and was able to explain to us culture tips and show us a really good time at a local night market. I also learned how to say “I like Seafood” - “ Poom Chop Keem Seafood!” And was able to apply what I learned when ordering food.
