Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Taylor B4 contributionsIt was a fun time, refs are good. Fighters are respectful. It’s nothing crazy, this isn’t blood sport, it’s more like watching a series of sparring matches from the guys who train together. 8 rounds, starts with youngsters to adults. Refs really watchi the youngsters, one good hit and they call it, older guys they let get a lil rough with each other. It’s casual and easy, they have beer and snacks, and there are vendors and easy restaurants outside.
I’d get the ring side seats, but the VIP didn’t seem worth it, unless you want to get a photo with the fighters.Written 27 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We loved our visits to the gym where we received excellent attention and instruction from the staff and amazing support from the other students and fighters. Our kids (8, 10, 12) were shown trust and respect and were encouraged to work hard and participate in all aspects of the gym. We want to recommend this gym for anyone interested in exploring or developing Muy Thai technique in Chiang Mai.Written 27 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - AlleninausPerth, Australia56 contributionsLooking to play tennis in Chiang Mai then this is a great place to visit. There are three courts which are in fair condition. Cost is THB 100 / hr, just turn up and pay at the desk. They open at 7:00am and after play enjoy a breakfast in the cafe. If you want to swim afterwards then they have a great pool you can use.Written 23 April 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Georg KChiang Mai, Thailand364 contributionsThis is a 27 hole golf course, swimming pool and other activities including horse riding.
Most positive about this place is the distance to the town centre. You don't need to hire a car or taxi to go there take the red bus for 20 Bath and in 10 minutes you are there.
Facilities are the average but ok. and inexpensive. On weekends very crowded with locals.

Most things are free. Mostly Thais, few Farangs. The place is fairly empty during the day, but busy in the mornings and early evenings. Sometimes they have very large football (soccer) events in the center stadium. Weightroom, pool, courts for all sorts of ball games, it's all there.Written 23 April 2012This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
