- Erica PSydney, Australia24 contributionsI highly recommend this cooking class. We booked via TripAdvisor for 3 (2 adults, 1 teenager) the day before. The School responded quickly via WhatsApp to arrange details of our hotel transfers and our menu selection. The transfers were via songthaew.
At thd school, our instructors Noi and Cream, showed us a small but well laid out garden including common thai food ingredients.
The cooking part was excellent, very organised and well supervised. My teen (male) and I learnt some helpful tips and I feel confident I can make some of my favourite thai dishes at home now.

- Viktor D9 contributionsA perfect day acitvity in Chiang Mai for Coffee and also not Coffee lovers. I did the tour with my girlfriend who doesn’t even like coffee and she enjoyed it a lot too. You will learn about the coffee plant itself, the process on how it gets from the cherry to the beans and you even get to roast and taste your own coffee. We also planted our own coffee tree which is a super cute add on. You can also try tea and cacao since they also grow that on their farm.
The two guides Nat and Smile were super friendly, fun and still professional with their knowledge. Grandma Noi, the owner of the Farm you will visit was also super friendly and cooked a very delicious lunch for us.
We finished the tour with a visit to the café of the tourguides which is in Chiang Mai and a super nice Specialty Coffee Café with lots of choices of different beans.
All in all I would really recommend this for everybody who likes coffee or just to be outside in the nature and learn new things about how coffee is actually produced. We fed the elephants, watched them in their natural jungle surroundings, bathed them with mud and splashed them with fresh water. I can confidently say that we made the best Thai meal I’ve ever had in the class.
We made a lot of wonderful dishes. Don’t eat before the class! The kitchen is very well organized and extremely clean. We were taken to a local market where Tommy explained the vegetables we were going to use in class. We each chose four items to prepare and cook. After each item, we enjoyed eating them. There was enough delicious food that we didn't eat the remainder of the day!
