#### Hotel Booking
Our travel agent secured us a stay at Hotel V Lavender, and it was a fantastic choice. The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the MRT station, making it simple to navigate the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The travel agent's recommendation and booking process were seamless, and we were very pleased with our accommodation.
Activity Arrangements
The travel agent also arranged several activities for us, including visits to Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa Island, the Singapore Flyer, and the Singapore Zoo. Each of these attractions was booked efficiently, and we experienced no issues with our tickets or entry. Universal Studios offered thrilling rides and shows, while Sentosa Island provided a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The Singapore Flyer gave us breathtaking views of the city, and the Singapore Zoo was a highlight with its immersive exhibits. The agent's expertise in selecting and booking these activities contributed significantly to the enjoyment of our trip.
Cab Services
Unfortunately, the cab services arranged by our travel agent were less than satisfactory. We encountered issues with having different drivers every day, leading to inconsistency and confusion. Each time we got into a new cab, we had to re-explain our destinations, which caused delays and some frustration. While the cabs themselves were clean and well-maintained, the lack of a consistent driver was a notable downside. We hope the travel agent can address this issue for future clients to ensure a smoother experience.
Conclusion
Overall, our travel agent provided excellent service in booking our hotels and activities, making our Singapore trip enjoyable and hassle-free in those aspects. However, the issues with the cab service were a drawback that affected our overall experience. With some improvements in this area, the travel agent could offer a truly seamless travel experience.
