Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jeremie H1 contributionThe first step experience with the diner was very nice. Cosy and quality food was served Let’s see the movie now because it is the reason we are hereWritten 4 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Ben GLeiston, UK22 contributionsI have always watched movies here in the VIP cinema as it affords you a more relaxed and comfortable experience for a higher price though. Great if you want a slightly more private viewing experience.Written 22 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Eugene NyuntBangkok, Thailand907 contributionsTypical multiplex - large, clean, automated ticket sales, and set within a shopping mall on the top floor. The lobby of the cinema isn’t the prettiest nor is it distinctive in any way, but the sound inside the screens projects well and the variety and rotation of films is reasonable and interesting. What I do need to say is this: you won’t have the back of your seat kicked by a fidgety schizophrenic, unless you’re seated in front of a tardy ฝรั่ง. What a relief, and it makes for a so much more enjoyable film watching experience.Written 5 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Punyavee NapalaiBangkok, Thailand1,206 contributionsWe liked this cinema as it provided high quality of service. If you bought a special ticket, you can visit the lounge which offer a buffet style snacks and beverage before the showtime.Written 23 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Georgina JSchiedam, The Netherlands29 contributionsA nice experience to visit this cinema in Bangkok and I would go again. I found that the website was not quite as user friendly as the one for the Paragon Cineplex but it was not too difficult to find films suitable for an English language speaker. I also found the decor a bit less attractive but that is personal taste. It was generally a very enjoyable place to visit but I recommend taking a jacket and maybe something to cover your feet with if you aren’t wearing socks. I saw a two and a half hour film and although I took a cardigan with me after an hour my feet were getting quite cold and by the end I was glad to get out of the air conditioning, not something I ever thought I would say in Bangkok. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the quality of the film presentation was excellent.Written 22 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I used to grab some foods I liked outside and combined with foods at the food court to kill time.Written 25 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Douglas HLondon, UK2 contributionsNice building, decor, ambience and relaxing music. Very good is you are given a form before your massage indicating the strength required and any areas to focus on or avoid (aromatherapy), haven't seen this before. Having picked hard, the massage was indeed strong and no need to ask masseuse for more power. Foot massage seats are electric and v comfortable, if you are watching a film its a good quality screen and audio, only issue is 60 mins is not long enough to watch a full film so if you want to watch a full film pick 90-120 mins. You get a feedback form at the end with tea/water/brownie snacks, no pressure to tip although we always do. Very professional. It's slightly out of the way if you are walking so would probably recommend a grab taxi to get there, the road leading up to the location doesn't have a pavement.Written 21 November 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Thomas BAnchorage, AK2 contributionsI booked the VIP theater to watch Oppenheimer. I was greeted warmly by staff and escorted to the vip lounge where I was served a complimentary meal of baked spinach with cheese, an assortment of dried fruits and nuts, 2 small slices of chocolate mouse cake and a small cupcake with a pot of earl Grey tea and a fruity drink that was delicious. The viewing was excellent with a very spacious theater with just 1 other couple in the theater. The seats were comfortable and was provided with a soft silky blanket and pillow.Written 28 July 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RTW FamilyLos Angeles, CA170 contributionsGreat way to beat the afternoon heat and a welcome break from the wats! Small theater that is very well air-conditioned (so much so you might want to borrow one of their blankets), comfortable seats, great snack bar (craft beers! Yom tum popcorn!), interesting selection of Thai and other lesser known/art films (English subtitles), 3-4 individual screenings daily. Short walking distance from Lumpini Metro stop. Our 4 tix cost $US 12, which we purchased in advance on PayPal. Clean bathroom. Be sure to check out the art gallery next door and the UNICEF mural on social bullying just outside the entrance (theater is on 2nd floor, enter via alley).Written 26 October 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TAIN2013Riyadh, Saudi Arabia2,859 contributionsThe multiplex is located on the top floor of the Central Festival shopping mall and offers a wide selection of local and western movies. The cinema is air-conditioned and has a snack counter. It is an ideal activity for those summer afternoons when it is too hot to go out.Written 30 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
