I came all the way from Brazil to train at Yokkao and was amazed not only with the training, but also with Neri from the staff who went well above and beyond the call of duty to help me find my way back to my hotel and to teach me how to use the Bangkok subway system since it was my first time in Bangkok. Nat was also a major player in this winning team and helped book the private training before I left Brazil. And, off course, @petchmankong for the perfect training session. Yokkao was customer service at its very best level. I was not disappointed after flying more than 16.000 km for a training session. Thank you, Yokkao team. Thanks for the rescue, Neri !

If you are a climber this place is a must to visit. Lots of route options, Bouldering choices too. There is a caffetiria beside so if you need anything to eat or drink no need to go further. Good environment. Locker & shower s free. They also have little climbing gear if you need anything.

Funny and unexpected experience in Bangkok.
Nice facility on 7th floor in a shopping mall.
Definitely worth a visit if you are a hockey freak to be able to brag to your friends that you have seen a game in Bangkok.

I stay in Bangkok most weekends and as the national stadium pool is closed for refurb I found sivalai. It’s a lovely clean and well maintained pool. The water is nice and cool as it is often shaded from the sun which I love. Each time I come here it’s really quiet, I always get a lane to myself and usually half or the full pool to myself. It’s only 100thb to swim plus 30thb if you want to hire a towel. The staff are really friendly. (Swimming hat is needed if your hair is long- you can hire one if you don’t have one of your own). If you want clean safe swimming water... this is the place.

Muay Thai is a huge cultural aspect of Thailand and a visit to watch these fighters was a great evening out.

The atmosphere was fantastic with the locals shouting, bantering and cheering on the fighters was electric. Lots of hand gestures which looked like some kind of betting code but I’m not sure.

There are a number of ticket types, from the local standing areas (not many non-locals seem to go for this option buts perfectly safe) to Ringside.

We opted for the Club Seats, which I think are better than rings ideas you sit at the same eye level as the fighters, whereas Ringside is below the ring level and more expensive.

It’s not cheap, we paid about USD$60 for Club seats.

And I’m sure non-locals get charged more than locals - but heck it up and grab the atmosphere.

Beer also more expensive inside at Bht150 a pint but it does get served to you at your seat.

We went on a Monday, which is quieter than end of week or weekends but it was still great.

Outside the stadium is some local street food vendors serving some tasty and cheap Thai foods.

All in all, a great evening and worth a visit.

TRC is a great place if you want a big training facility including swimming pool. The equipment in the gym might look a bit old. But everything is clean and working just fine. So for people more concerned with the training instead of taning selfies it's a great place.

Friendly and helpful staff plus a nice atmosphere makes TRC a really good place for gym, work out, swimming, climbing and of course all kinds of racquet ball-stuff.

We visit Asia Parkour whenever we visit Bangkok and on this tri, we visited BK mainly to visit the gym. We planned our days in BK around the schedule at Asia Parkour to give us the maximum amount of time at the gym.

My kids had a great time in their classes. Saturday is full of kids classes and there's a class a day for kids on other days of the week. I was pleased to see mostly women in the adult class! Asia Parkour has done a great job of making parkour accessible to anyone who wants to move more.

Bring a water bottle! Multi-visit packages are available or you can pay a drop-in rate to visit one class at a time.

    We Love Asia Parkour!

Was invited by a member to play golf at the very private RBSC. What a unique experience playing golf in the center of Bangkok surrounded by high rise buildings all around. It was a little hot(37C) so the umbrella helped and the female caddies were great. What service! The course was shorter yardage but in good shape but very challenging due to the many water hazards and narrow fairways, a truely unique experience. Wow

Bounce incorporated is a huge trampoline indoor air condition park where young and old can spend hours frolicking and learning many bounce tricks on the trampolines
Clean and many supervisors to ensure safety. Hugely popular with locals and tourists. A very good place to bring kids and teenagers. Located on the 6th floor of EmpoQuatier with direct access to BTS. Highly recommended

Brand new machine and equipments. The simulator is very fast, faster than we’ve tried. It liked hitting in real golf course. We played at Japanese course and it was so fun👍. Next time we can play the real one in Japan once they open for traveling.

We also like the private room settings. The room is clean and with nice furniture, just right for indoor golf. Drinks and light snack are also available. Starbucks and few restaurants are downstairs.

Location wise, it is close to MRT Petchburi and 3 hrs free parking is offered on site.

I wanted to try out a Bangkok style spin class and I was not disappointed. Ive enjoyed several really high energy fun classes with Erwin. Its hard work, but you can choose how hard you want it to be and the music is fab. Very clean smart studio and spotless changing rooms, Cycle shoes and lockers also provided.Well worth the 30 min journey from where I am staying, also excellent value and the first class was free!
