- Roland W1 contributionI recently completed a series of 12 private Muay Thai classes at FitFac with Master Khun, and it was a truly enlightening experience. As a beginner, I was looking for a strong introduction to the sport, and Master Khun delivered precisely that. Each session was tailored to help me grasp the basics of Muay Thai, focusing on proper stance, punching techniques, kicks, and knee strikes, ensuring that the learning process was thorough yet accessible.
What stood out the most was Master Khun's approach to teaching. He combines patience with a challenging pace, which pushed me to improve with each class while maintaining a focus on form and safety. The workouts were intense and highly engaging, incorporating a mix of technical drills and conditioning exercises that tested my limits and boosted my confidence.
The facilities at FitFac provided the perfect setting for these sessions. The environment was welcoming and well-equipped, contributing to a motivating atmosphere. Each class left me exhausted yet exhilarated, eager for the next.
For anyone looking to dive into Muay Thai, I can’t recommend these private sessions with Master Khun enough. After almost 2 weeks & a half I can see a tangible improvement. I wished I was having the time to complete my recovery journey, however, I have to fly back home. They have also super macro friendly meals, so you don’t have to worry what would you eat after your hard session.
Weather condition might be challenging since there is no ac system as usual BKK situation. - Astha BKathmandu Valley, Nepal8 contributionsI went there on a Monday for a massage before my flight that evening. I walked in at 12 and the lady at the reception asked me to come back at 1:00 pm. I wanted a longer massage session and she recommended Thai massage + aromatherapy for 90 minutes. When I arrived at 1:00 pm, I was served tea. This is a busy place as I constantly saw customers coming in. Then I was directed to my private room. The environment was calm and serene and clean with soft music playing. My masseuse was Nee and I absolutely loved the massage. It was worth more than the THB 790. They give you a one time use underwear and a cover. You can opt for shower. I did not. YOu can choose your oil. Nee made my bones crack at places it has never cracked and released knots on my shoulders. I was extremely satisfied with her service. Occassionally, there was disturbance from the adjacent room or someone cam to interrupt but I did mind that much. Would definitely go again. Tranquil atmosphere, delightful staff, comfortable beds, soothing music and very clean bathroom facilities. All in all a real pleasure. The two masseurs were so good. 5 star hotel so naturally pay more for the whole experience. Well worth it and we both felt so relaxed afterwards. Thank you to everyone. We would like to make a special commendation to both Ann and Peaw who were our massage therapists who provided highly professional and soothing techniques which was perfect after a big day of sightseeing during the hottest month of the year.
We couldn’t recommend this spa (and hotel) highly enough and have already planned to return. As a surprise, the spa knew that it was our anniversary and greeted us with a little gift that makes it feel just that much more personal and special.
