  • The ranking of tours, activities, and experiences available on Tripadvisor is determined by several factors including the revenue generated by Tripadvisor from these bookings, the frequency of user clicks, and the volume and quality of customer reviews. Occasionally, newly listed offerings may be prioritized and appear higher in the list. The specific placement of these new listings may vary.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Amazing day out on the water! Great snorkeling spots and awesome lunch at the resort. Lots of free time and great guides who take the groups needs, safety and weather into consideration!

Amazing day with Noi and his accommodating crew! It was an early excursion, but definitely necessary if you want to avoid the crowds at Mala Bay and the various stops made in and around the Phi Phi islands. Throughout the day, they provided fruit, snacks, and drinking water. Noi was very light-hearted and given he's spent is life in this part of the world, shared a lot about the places we visited. He also found various tropical fish and sharks for us to view when snorkeling. The provide good gear for snorkeling as well.

The ride to the Phi Phi islands can be rough if it's windy, but the captain was clearly very seasoned, and made the ride as comfortable as possible. The boat has ample room, but it can get a bit crowded when trying to take pictures/videos, and storing your things, or if you want sit at the front of the boat for better views.

Overall, this excursion is highly recommended - especially since it offers a less crowded experience.

Fantastic tour. Our family loved the experience and our guide was patient and caring with our elderly parents. Definitely a fun way to experience Bangkok. We had toured the city by day but the tuk tuk transport and the night aspect added an extra dimension. And dinner was great! go with an empty stomach as you eat a lot!!

Couldn't recommend this trip anymore! The tour guys honestly made this experience even more special!
Elephants: The elephants are so cared for here. They love being spoiled by tourist, are extremely gentle, and are amazing to walk in their natural habitat! Lunch is a Pad Thai set-up with some build-your-own sauces. The scenery was unreal.
Hiking: This is a 3 part experience, the first hike is pretty long and features a water fall, local people, and an awesome tea/coffee break. The second is to the King & Queen pagodas that were just breathtaking in beauty! Lastly: A short trip to the highest point in Thailand with the option to purchase coffee/tea / hot chocolate at the top! This is a FULL DAY TRIP! But worth it!

Very good half day activity, visiting train market and floating market. You could buy souvenirs or try coconut ice cream. Mr A did excellent job keeping track of a bigger group.

We had a fantastic experience with our tour guide Chanya! The tour captures many different elements of Thai cuisine and interesting facts about the food along the way. Chanya was a fantastic guide who was not just knowledgeable but passionate and lots of fun. There was more food than we could finish and the tuk tuk ride made the whole experience even more fun. Definitely recommend this to any one who wants a taste of Bangkok but doesn’t know where to start.

I LOVED this tour! We saw 4 absolutely beautiful temples, plus a hot spring. Puma was a fabulous guide- fun, knowledgeable, and willing and able to answer my many questions about Buddhism and Thai culture. She took awesome photos, and is a very safe driver. This tour includes a bit of travel, but it is planned very well to break up the driving duration. If you’re interested in the Chiang Rai temples, I would highly recommend booking with Pagoda Tours.

All of the reviews are true. It was a fantastic day out and we fully recommend it. We had so much fun sliding off the back of the boat and being canoed around the caves and islands. The boat itself was amazing and the staff were super lovely. We had children with us who were 9 years old and loved it. Even the taxi rides were on point! We thought it was expensive when we booked it, but definitely worth it, an experience we will remember!

The tour company did a good job. The tour itself was okay not great, the railway market was really shocking on how dirty everything was especially with all the raw food around. The floating market was good, we got there early and it wasn't too busy but after we got out we ate some lunch next to the floating market it and it was bumper to bumper out there, some poor lady was getting a face full of diesel exhaust the whole time.

The jetski was very good and lots of fun. I did the 5 hr ride which was probably too much. I would have given 5 stars but for a few things, the lunch provided was not very good. At the start it seemed a bit disorganized. To get to the jetski you need to walk over rocks in the water and you can see how sharp they are, got about 20cuts on my foot from it, recommend get water shoes. The guide was a bit fast, so if you are slow you might lose him.
