- Elisabeth HOntario13 contributionsBooked this through concierge at my hotel, and am so glad I did! Amazing experience, so much fun! I went by myself, and was told in advance that they might have to send me up with someone else, depending on conditions. I was absolutely fine with that - figured I'd be able to convince someone to go up again for free!
Two people in my group did not speak English, but the instructor was fluent in their language, and was able to communicate easily with everyone, so that we all knew what to expect. Incredible views, friendly and FUN instructors/boat captains, and an all-around good time.
So why only 4 stars instead of 5?
The lady who greeted me at the front desk was not very friendly. She seemed irritated, like my presence was preventing her from beating the next level of Candy Crush or something. - Navigator2489591 contributionBEWARE! They schedule tours by risking people and don’t inform the people for jellyfish infestation. A lady was stung by a Portoguese Man o War and after seeing that we wanted to cancel our tour but of course it was not possible. - Amanda SHorley, UK38 contributionsBooked a Jet ski session for 3 of us during our stay in Wakikik and wished I hadn't bothered. Pick up from hotel was late, had to make 3 other stops and wait around at each stop for 15 mins. Reached booking office at marina, handed our tickets in and waited for another pick up to take us to further along, then took a boat to a remote Island to find only 1 Jet Ski was working !!! One of us had a 20 min session on our own and the others didn't bother.
