The Church was extravagantly decorated for Christmas, the Marty sites are sacred ground on which to walk, the artisan shops beautiful and feel free to bargain.
The most beautiful view of the church is at the mass of Sunday noon were you can see the crowded church by local natives with their typical colorful clothes following their every Sunday traditions.

The cathedral has been only partially restored and the arches and carvings really should be seen to get a true appreciation of the history of this landmark.
The views from the terrace are very picturesque and a great spot for photos of the Plaza.
