The guides helped us with our own masks, and when those weren't working for a few of us, they helped right away. We didn’t do the snorkeling at Ho Chan Marine Reserve since it was a group snorkel. I have a bad knee and didn’t want the group to have to come back because my knee hurt or I was tired. The captain took great care of us while Eric and the others were snorkeling. Swimming with the nurse sharks was fun and something I can mark off my bucket list. I would definitely recommend this! - Paul L4 contributionsThis one’s the best. Period. Small group of 6. Honest and fun Capt and 1 crew. Elder & Keshawn are absolutely top notch. Locals. Island feel. Super chill….. I would book this 90 min sunset boat ride over and over and over…….don’t miss this one. It’s not a big commercial adventure. It’s local. It’s safe. It’s fun. And it’s worth WAY more than they are charging! Only reason why not 5 stars is company did not communicate that we needed to walk out to the pier which was just across the street from our hotel. They indicated we would be picked up. Only way we made tour is one of the taxi drivers in front of hotel told us. I sent company a couple of messages and no response. Our guides, Jugo and EJ, were so knowledgeable and my 3 teenage boys saw everything they had hoped to see including sea turtles, sting rays, dolphins, and a reef shark. Awesome customer service, great snorkeling, delicious food, both were amazing days out in the water. - Joanne Shier4 contributionsDylan was a terrific guide. He made sure we all felt comfortable, safe and that our equipmemt was working at every stop.
When he was in the water with us, he would point something out, surface to explain it, and then we'd go under to look again. He was very knowledable of the marine creatures we saw.
Lunch was delicious and relaxing.
I'd suggest bringing beverages if you want something other than water.

There were numerous nurse sharks and rays around the boat, and we were able to see them up close in the water after a safety briefing - nurse sharks are not typically dangerous, but we were advised not to put our hands in their mouths! The trip included an optional snorkel, with fins and masks provided. We snorkeled along the edge of the reef and Ernest pointed out variety of sea life. Ernest and Kayshawn were both considerate, helpful, and respectful of us and the marine life. The boat is comfortable with a fun vibe. Had an absolute blast, saw tons of fish and felt completely safe.
