We had a fantastic experience on the Gastronomic Food Tour in Georgetown with Robert. We got to learn also some history of Georgetown. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kept us perfectly on schedule as we moved from one destination to the next. Knowing that my son and I had another tour at 7:30 PM, Robert made sure we were the first people in the group to go in and enjoy our dessert at the final stop, which we truly appreciated. Thanks to his efficiency, we made it to our bus tour with some minutes to spare.
The restaurants we visited were excellent, offering both delicious and memorable dishes. We dined at the only tapas restaurant in Georgetown and the best Italian spot—both were outstanding. The third restaurant also served great food, though I couldn’t finish my portion, which my son happily enjoyed. The only dish I didn’t care for was the tortilla soup, but everything else was perfect for me.
Ending the tour at Olivia Macarons was a sweet highlight. The macaroons were not only delicious but also beautifully decorated with cherry blossom designs. My son and I were delighted to find our favorite flavors there.
It was a large group of 15 people, though Robert mentioned that the tours are usually smaller. Nonetheless, he managed the group seamlessly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!
