We were on a walking tour which included lovely long day walks in several locations, including Nelson Lakes, Hanmer Springs, Abel Tasman National Park and Marlborough Sounds.

We were able to visit Picton sound, kayak across it (Marlborough Sounds Adventure Co) as well as hike along Victoria domain (public park trails) to Bob's Bay to 'hunt' for shells.
Enjoyed being able to stroll to the town amenities, eat out, walk along the marina and play in the water park with our 10mth old.
