Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

However there are some very nice memorials. It is interesteting that some headstones look more like totem poles. Also there are a large number of snails - which we have't seen in other cemeteries.Written 22 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - love2travel21170Jerusalem, Israel63 contributionsThanks to Friends of Budapest Jewish Cemetery, many areas in this vast ,old Jewish cemetery are being cleared of trees and debris. It is a time consuming and expensive venture but so important to those of us who have relatives buried here!
Even if you don't, there are some impressive graves and memorials to see that show how vibrant and large the Jewish community was before the Holocaust.Written 5 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Even without an interest in the Jewish history it would be worth a visit. Even more impactful if you do. Easy tram access, and a must for visitors to FiumeWritten 29 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
