Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a lovely little stadium , we had great seats and only paid about £10 per ticket. The beer was very cheap and was nice being able to drink beer while watching the match, unlike in England . The food served looked great although we didn’t try it and looked very good prices too . Would definitely come to the stadium again while in Prague . Slavia slavia slavia

One of the six buildings in Prague that comprises the National Gallery Prague, the Trade Fair Palace (Veletržní palác) is a large building in the Praha 7 district with 5 floors of exhibitions. Take a tram from the city centre to get here (tram/road works meant a short walk from the stop at Strossmayerovo náměstí).

Three of these floors house the permanent exhibitions, accessible with a basic admission ticket (250 Kč) via lifts or stairs. All the exhibitions are excellent, beautifully presented with detailed information.

The "1956–1989: Architecture for All" exhibition is fascinating and a must-see for anyone interested in 20th century architecture, and the wider socio-political context in Czechoslovakia. The other side of the same floor exhibits modern artworks in all kinds of media and art disciplines, I could have spent hours here. There were probably less than 10 people on that floor on Sunday morning, highly recommended for art lovers looking for some peace and quiet.

The "1796–1918: Art of the Long Century" exhibition is stunning, with works selected from the entire NGP collection (no loans from other galleries filling any gaps) and arranged by subject matter, providing thought-provoking comparisons and contrasts over more than two centuries of Czech and international art. This floor was busier, and displays the 'big names' outside of the Czech art scene, but still not crowded by any means.

There is a café on site, light and airy with space to sit outside - I recommend the cinnamon roll with cream cheese glaze!

Love this place. Second visit and its a fun, welcoming, quirky ground. Cheap to get in, sausage and beer always good. Hope to come back.

Absolutely loved it! We arrived there by taxi (they pick you up from your hotel) and within 10 minutes, we were taken through to the shooting range. We chose the 'Call of Duty' package, which ranged from a Glock pistol to a AK47, to a Russian Mosin-Nagant sniper rifle from WW2.
We were given the opportunity to fire (what we were told) was the most powerful mass-produced handgun in the world for €25 per round. We took the opportunity, and it was a great way to round off a couple of hours of (controlled) fun.
I would highly recommend you contact these guys if you're in Prague if you want to do something different.
Thanks, guys, for a fantastic experience!

Krymska is a street in the 10 district of the city that's in my opinion more or less like any other street in this area of the city, nice architecture, a smattering of pubs and cafe's, its just an endemic street that's worth a few minutes of your time if you're in the area.

Perfect experience for a football fan. I myself am not a football fan at all but was mesmerized by the rich history of the team. Beautiful displays, modern technology. All the signs are in czech, English and Chinese (since the team is cooperating with the Chinese government on some football academy). You are allowed to go to the stadium itself and sit on the bench for players, see the away team locker rooms and VIP box

Amazing place, massive selection of board games, although lacking on English board games, you would be hard to try all 16 in one evening. Food was great very light and the food match the vibe perfectly. All the staff were extremely nice and Stan in particular helped explain the board games very well.

i am an avid football fan, and this was my greatest experience of the beautiful game since the 1970,s. the fans are passionate, proud and vocal but above all they will welcome you to join in and enjoy. The unique ground [Dolicek} and the supporters create the best atmosphere possible.Forget Old trafford, the bernabau ,or the nou camp, where i have watched games, they will never compare to what can be found here. The result was the only disappointment but anyone who visits will come away with a smile on their face and will be an adopted Bohemian.

That house was exceptionally open for two hours on 15Oct2018. I had the rare chance to visit it then, alerted by a Czech friend. A famous journalist/writer, Karel Capek and his painter brother, Josef, shared a very big, beautiful house with a wonderful garden. In that house important meetings/events of recent Czech political history took place, so it is a very precious landmark for Czech people. Personally, I only saw some empty rooms, which did not depict the resident's character, since all of his artifacts and furniture have either been lost or sent to various museums. Once the house is brought back to its former glory, it would be really interesting to visit it.

Small, but I rate it as very good because of the interesting installations for kids. Recommended to visit if you are somewhere around.

Hi. We were on a tour with OAT. We were having a private tour of the place. It is so big they can’t heat the place so it was somewhat very cool. Many many rooms with the original furniture and items. This is a must if in the Prague area

The Zimni Stadion Eden is the home of Slavia Prague Ice Hockey club, who have been playing back at their small stadium rather than the O2 Arena following their relegation to the Czech Second Division in 2015.

The Stadium was built in the 1970s and is part of the large Eden sport complex that includes the 23,000 capacity football stadium ( the name of which seems to change every few years due to sponsorship – it is now the Sinobo Arena ), rugby and hockey pitches, an athletics stadium, a swimming pool plus the ice rink. We took tram 6 to Kubanske Namesti and it is a short walk from the tram stop.

The official capacity is 4,000 but just over 1,200 turn up for the match we saw. The stadium has seats on one side, and a steep terrace on the opposite side. Tickets are 130 KCS for seats or 90 KCS for standing, with discounts of 10 KCS available if tickets are bought on-line 24 hours before the match. The match programme is free but is simply a folded sheet of A4 paper with the squads, recent results, next fixtures and league table. It is a nice souvenir though.

As temperatures are dropping to close to freezing we head for the bar/restaurant which is behind one end and has good views of the rink. We are then advised we could have watched the game from the restaurant for the price of standing tickets, and are able to grab two seats directly behind the goal.

Outside the restaurant, the Slavia fans are making a lot of noise on the terrace, and there are around 200 away supporters at the far end of the terrace, although many of the visitors appear to be pre-occupied with queueing for drinks. There are also a fair number of people watching from the concourse above the terrace. The spectators in the seats mostly watch in silence.

Whereas watching Ice Hockey in the Top Division in Czech is similar to the experience of watching NHL, the second division is very different. There are no flashing lights, no dramatic entrances at the start, no kiss-cam or other types of crowd involvement, and no organ player !

To Brits this place is a cross between a bar and an off licence. great selection of very reasonably priced Czech beers in bottles and 4 beers on tap. I tried the Mordyr Elegant 5.4% lager which was fabulous with a superb aftertaste. Friendly bar staff and locals. limited seating as it's only tiny but it adds to the atmosphere.
