Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Picked up the car from airport and had a very quick look over as car was parked at entrance to short term parking. Very easy paperwork as had sent through all details prior to hire. Dropped car off as directed in short term but as we arrived 10 minutes early we were asked to pay the parking fee. Would be good if they could change their airport pickup/drop off to a better location. Other than that everything went smoothly and I would not hesitate to hire with Carlove again.

We rented a car at the end of March for 3 days. I emailed a few questions before we got to Prague and they responded quickly to my questions. The rental office was a little hard to find as it is down by the entrance to a parking garage but the man who took all of the paperwork when we got there was friendly and helpful. The car was parked about a block from the office on a very busy road. There was a car in front and behind the rental so it was a tight squeeze to get out of the parking spot and then go immediately onto the busy road with lots of morning traffic. The car itself was small and dirty on the outside but it worked fine and got good gas mileage. We took it into Germany and didn't have to pay any additional fees. The navigation system (Tom Tom) was not good at all. If we didn't have the map they provided and only relied on the navigation system we wouldn't have gotten to our destination. Overall I would rent from them again.

I never bother to write recommendations on Trip Advisor but when it comes to Okolo bikes in Prague, well, I just have to sing their praises. In every way my experience with Okolo has been top-notch: the quick response with Michal; the quality of the bikes; the reasonable rates; the recommendations for routes; the overall kindness of the staff. I rented a bike from Okolo for my entire month in Prague, and it made my trip better in every way. There are dreamy bike routes that run for hundreds of kilometers along the river, as well as worthwhile biking in Prague itself. The bike from Okolo was perfect for both: for the cobblestones of Prague and for the smooth paths up to Dresden. So, take this recommendation as the absolute truth: Okolo is the place to go in Prague if you’re considering a bike to rent.

I recommend the Rekola bike sharing in Prague! My husband and I recently visited. We downloaded the app and used it to easily rent the pink Rekola bikes found all over Prague. In the app there are also suggested bike routes. We did all 3 and were very happy to see Prague's parks and paved river trails. I must also say that when I emailed Rekola support staff with and questions, they responded rather promptly and in a very friendly manner. Excellent customer service!

All as expected. Bikes were at good condition. CB 600r that we rented had less than 2000km in the meter. Helmets and jackets were good as well. Gas station is right next to this place. Staff was friendly.

A bike is a good way to explore Prague. Unfortunately, the city is quite hilly. That´s for sure. This true of the beautiful landscape south-west of Prague too, which I recommend visiting (you can reach it by train and then you can use a bike).

An ebike is than a good solution. You can enjoy all the advantages of a bike while you do not have to sweat too much.

Ebike Rental Prague has a friendly personnel, fully fluent in English and renting a bike there is easy-peasy.

No problem with pick uping, they have garage right in the centre. We rented 4 ATVs and it was really very funny, you can ride that whereever you want and if you want, you can go out of city. Prague has really nice surrounding, so dont hesitate and try that!

We rented bikes from George for a 6-day cycle to Vienna, returning by train. This was our first multi-day trip and had been in the pipeline for some months. It was a wonderful excursion though the Czech and Austrian countryside. The bikes and gear from Transphere were all in wonderful condition (we definitely needed the gears). Waterproof panniers, locks, lights, pump, toolkit and useful smaller bag to keep items handy and to secure our phone for navigation. All stuff we needed and that saved us having to pack to bring with us before starting the tour. We also managed to fit tents and extra camping gear onto the bikes with the useful bike rack and straps provided. I cannot fault George for his communication and flexibility (our trip was delayed due to heavy rains and flooding). And we were able to spend some time to pack and unpack the bikes with George there to assist us, giving us tips and checking we were good to go. He kindly looked after our bags while we were away too. I would recommend Transphere in a heartbeat, and am sure many others will experience the same whether for a shorter or longer trip in the future. I would certainly hire bikes from Transphere again when back in Prague!

I rented a Vespa for five hours, and spent the time exploring Prague and getting lost. Highly recommended. Martin is friendly, generous and makes the experience very easy.
