Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- NotOnTwitterCambridge, UK111 contributionsAfter a disastrous time with DB Trains, we found ourselves needing to catch the Regio coach from Florenc to Koln.
The coach leaves at 10pm so we scouted out the location during the daytime. If you take the correct exit from Florenc metro, the coach station is easy to find, take the wrong one and it’s a nightmare. There are signs but they seem to come and go - they were there when we scouted it out but not in the evening. They may be related to the roadworks going on.
The coach station is made up of a large indoor hall with a couple of fast food places and little shops, some information desks for the different coach service providers and toilets. There’s some seating but not much but the seating does have free to use power points. There are large electronic arrival and departure boards. Behind the hall are the coach stops which are clearly marked.
I was prepared to find this place intimidating or unpleasant but as coach stations go it was pretty good. It didn’t smell, it was tidy, there was no begging and there was a good cross section of people using it.
Long distance coach travel may not be your thing but this isn’t a bad place to go from.Written 11 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The driver was very pleasant and reassuring that he would get us to airport in time for our flight. Definitely recommend.Written 28 December 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- decline421Greater Sydney, Australia410 contributionsTrains: We checked the reviews and noted the bizarre distribution curve (of extremes) and wondered if impartial postings actually played any part in the reviews. We recall the launch, years ago of Regiojet trains with its fanfare and the General Manager (CEO or boss) talking to passengers and taking on board their queries etc. This was another re-visit for us. Clearly intentions have been excellent but some performances slipped. Booking in Prague for a return to Kosice (via Olomouc) we were attended to by a very well informed and helpful lass. En route Prague to Kosice, business class was spacious and pleasant. Service was frequent. However the outside of the carriages were filthy. I mean really filthy. Graffiti written in the grime. So much so we really couldn't effectively see out. Sadly we had to abandon any 'holiday snaps" of the splendid Cz and Slovak autumn colours. The way back was slightly less grimy but not much. Luckily the inside of the carriage was not a health hazard. The loos were very well intentioned and acceptable. The service on the way back was prompt and efficient and overall the food actually very good and very reasonable value. The internet was a little intermittent. The issue seems to be maintenance. We would definitely go again on Regiojet but hope for some significant improvements.Written 5 November 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Paul K3 contributionsFirst let me start with praise. The onboard staff are super, always smiling and helpful. It isn't their fault when things go wrong.
With that out of the way, things go wrong and they don't set them right. You can't rely on automated customer service only and if when you complain, you only get small print terms and conditions thrown at you, it isn't much use.
Leo Express is a good concept but run poorly in Czech. Their systems don't integrate perfectly with the national rail service (they'll blame Cesky Drahy for this) and they don't run on time.
They also are the kind of company that favours worthless image over quality. Therefore you get cute cartoon character pictures on the website and are offered the latest nonsense dietary fads (currently insects) on board...
...there are alternatives, however. The very good all day brunch they used to serve has been updated by replacing the hash brown with rock potato and the beans with chick pea vomit. Yummy.Written 3 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ankitagrawal079New Delhi, India2 contributionsI booked a minivan from Salzburg to Prague with Transfer Praha. Our car arrived on schedule. The driver was extremely polite and accommodative of our requests to stop where ever and whenever we wanted. The ride was also reasonably priced in comparison to other service providers. Tomas was very responsive as well. I highly recommend this service.Written 11 July 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - David Y2 contributionsExcellent all round - Tomas was a really nice guy and a good driver. We originally booked for a ski holiday long-distance airport return journey but he sorted out a quick mini tour of Prague en route to the airport for no extra cost for us. Bang on time and easy to get hold of on the phone, I'd highly recommend this company.Written 24 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
