Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Ticket included 4 things but on the day we visited the old castle building was closed.
St Vitus Cathedral was beautiful inside, the Basilica was also lovely but Golden Lane was far too crowded so you had to squeeze past a lot of people. Maybe this area should have crowd control to limit the numbers at one time.
Gardens were pretty when we eventually found them. Good coffee shops/eateries available within the grounds if you need refreshments.

Really beautiful gardens and not too crowded. Also there are peacocks and owls. Really can't recommend these gardens enough, one of my favourite spots in Prague!

Part of the Czech national galleries - the Schwarzenberg Palace - or Schwarzenberský Palác - is to be found in close vicinity of the Prague Castle - it is a few 100 meters away from the "Gate of the Titans".
It is a beautiful building - owned by the Schwarzenberg family for several centuries - the building is a mixture of architectural styles but what is most impressive is the exterior decoration with the black graffiti ... so it is definitely worth stopping and taking a few pictures of the building itself - should you not have the time to go in an visit the museum that is housed inside.
Still - it is a great building to check out - even if you are not into architecture - and/or arts it is definitely worth a few minutes of any travelers time to take a few pictures.

Full disclosure, I am not all that interested in castles but that is not fair to give it a rating it deserves.

The castle is very interesting and has many artifacts for those who love history. It is a nice place to walk around and soak in the history of Prague.

We visited here as part of the Circuit A ticket of the castle. The castle was very crowded and we started here as it was less busy. There is a lot of see from various models of the area as it developed to crown jewels and costumes. We really enjoyed the museum.

Hi. We were with an OAT tour group for this. It’s about a 1/2 ride from Prague. The guide explained that once upon a time this was complete but through conflicts in the old old days it was somewhat destroyed. After that still in the old days the local villagers gradually removed bricks and rocks for their own needs so it serving another need. I think at this time there is some effort to restore it.

Hi. We were on a tour with OAT. We were having a private tour of the place. It is so big they can’t heat the place so it was somewhat very cool. Many many rooms with the original furniture and items. This is a must if in the Prague area
