Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- AIDA ELIZABETH M1 contributionI had a lot of fun! Lots of amazing clubs and drinks. Our leader Dima was amazing and he was making sure everyone was having a great time :)Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LaurenWest Yorkshire, UK700 contributionsI’d recommend making a reservation. We did not have one and managed to get two seats at the bar upstairs. The place was packed out but had a cosy intimate feel. The cocktail menu was based on times in Hemingway’s life and our bartender told us the meaning and significance of the ingredients and how and why the drink was crafted the way it was. Fantastic experience and amazing drinks, beautifully presented. Loved it!Written 2 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marija P6 contributionsWe had meal and drinks. Amazing interior, like they move you back in 13th century. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious same as home made beers. Every corner of that place is telling new story. We were so happy. If you visit Prague, this is definitely place that should be visited.Written 6 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Blase PKyoto, Japan32 contributionsIt’s one of the best bars in the world for a reason. If you like craft cocktails done at the highest level of imagination and taste this is it. The cellar atmosphere just takes it over the topWritten 6 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BaileyLeeds, UK78 contributionsWe visited Anonymous bar after having it so highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint. It was held to such a high standard of service and they really made the experience for us - we had such a lovely time trying the funky cocktails which went above and beyond - with the bartender explaining about them as he brought them.Written 1 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BaileyLeeds, UK78 contributionsWe visited The alchemist bar as we’ve seen so many good things about it. This place was so medieval vibes. The service was outstanding as we got out cocktails so quick and the server was so kind. Everything about this was a magical experience.Written 1 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LaurenWest Yorkshire, UK700 contributionsDark, gothic feeling bar with cool laid back vibe. Cocktails were lovely, expertly crafted and presented. Some options too for those who don’t like absinthe, like my husband who had a beer. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Written 2 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ErikSlovakia11 contributionsWe visited during Hatari's Dance or Die tour in July. Venue is great, club-like for artists of smaller format.
You can find two bars inside, one which is right at the entrance door and second thats in the venue hall. Everything was organised well. Shout out to the bartenders who were amazing, friendly and helpful - we were told where and when the artist are coming out after the gig and special thanks for borrowing me a sharpie :) .
We took Uber to the concert, which was a little bit challenging for the driver, as we passed the place several times until we found the right road to get there. However, just five minute walk will take you to the bus, and if I remember correctly also a tram station.
This building has an industrial feel to it, which is expected as this was opened in former glass making factory.Written 4 October 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We booked a week in advance and it was good that we did as the bar was fully reserved all night. We had a selection of cocktails, beers and bar snacks. The atmosphere was brilliant and the staff so friendly. A perfect place to spend a few hours hidden from the outside world. The bar is a must for horror and Halloween fan's. If you like Tulleys Farm Shocktoberfest you will love this place to spend time and chill. Fantastic value for money with 7 cocktails, glass of wine, 2 beers and 3 bowls of nachos and dips coming in for 60 pounds, bargin. You will not be disappointedWritten 14 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BiniLondon, UK210 contributionsThis is one of the best happening club in town. Staffs are friendly and the DJ music are on point. Most of the time it is packed with locals and tourists. The only thing is the club size is not big enough and dance floor is too small. If you happen to go for drink and chill its perfect. If you are there to do some dance then dancing space is narrow, which is fine coz I do not mind narrow spaces but some people might not like it. They also let you book the booth and booth are spacious for 6-8 people. I would love to go back again.Written 4 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Geraldine KDublin, Ireland32 contributionsGreat value, we played 18 holes and got the 2 drinks package. Each hole is based on a location in Prague, glow in the dark... Great fun for couples, friends, or familyWritten 22 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ryanmiller335Minneapolis, MN8 contributionsSo fun! Went with a group of ten (10!) friends and we had a great time. Highly recommend Prague free walking tours of Old Town and the Castle. Guides were great and only 2.5 hours so you still have most of your day to explore. Pilsners are great but seemed to be cheapest in Lesser Town or Old Town away from the square. Letna park is great for walking. Dva Khouti had the best tasting beers.Written 19 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sensible GirlsBirmingham, UK639 contributionsThe place is really cool and full of quirky decorations which adds a lot of charm. Since it is a basement it can get a but stuffy so bear this in mind please. They have a huge collection of absinth of course but if you are a beer drinker there are only two non standard choices.
It is not ours first visit to absinthe bar so we kinda expected to get the water dripper and ability to make our own drinks but it was not the case. We got our absinthe mixed by the server which was a bit disappointing but overall place is really cool.Written 18 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We accidentally stumbled across The Dubliner while looking for another bar, and we're so glad we did. The drinks are much more affordable than the drinks you'll get in more touristy spots. Better yet, the service was phenomenal. Iana was our waitress, and she was super attentive, funny, nice, and gave excellent recommendations. There was a live band playing songs ranging from "Come on Eileen" and "500 Miles" to "Rolling in the Deep" and "Cry Me a River" ... even the "Macarena". This place was AWESOME. I'm so glad we found it, and if we ever go to Prague again, we will definitely make a stop there.Written 23 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kathryn M2 contributionsBeing pretty generous with my 3 stars, don’t forget to wrap up warm as the jacket they give you will do nothing but make you look stupid. We walked into the “pub” which was actually just a freezer and went to order a drink only to find that on the menu there was a selection of beer or 3 fruit juices with or without vodka. These are not in ice glasses as advertised either. In saying that the ice sculptures were cool and looked good but all in all it will not blow you away. Only go if you are really really boredWritten 4 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
