- taitaihkHong Kong, China545 contributionsWe did this tour while recently visiting Melbourne. It was a long day but well worth it. Our driver Nick picked us up from the hotel at exactly 6.30 am and we made a few more pick ups before heading out of the city. He proved a mine of information on all the places we passed through and stops we made. He got the balance between chit chat and background music spot on and kept everyone on time at each stop we made.
The scenery on the coastal road is spectacular and we were lucky to have a really clear sunny day, but we also saw plenty of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos and many birds.
We had lunch in Apollo Bay where there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. We were back at our hotel ay 7.15 pm in time for dinner.

We were conveniently picked up from our hotel and returned there after the trip. Our very experienced driver and guide Jimmy provided excellent service. It was a very windy and rainy day but sun would appear at the right time so we were able to see all and make good photos including wild koalas and kangaroos and wallabies. Lots of beaitiful rainbows on our way back was a big bonus. He really made my partner and I feel welcome and he made sure to chat with all of the group, he really went the extra mile to make the day really cool. If anyone happens to get Craig for their tour guide I can guarantee you’ll have a great time!

!Our guide/bus driver is amazing person! He told us a lot of different interesting stories. This was not a pre-recorded speech - it was a live story .
He took Care of us whole trip to 12 apostles and back ( every stop he recommended us : snacks, food, souvenirs, restroom places....) even more : he showed us additional Lookouts. He showed us koalas, kangaroo, parrots.. Even more for every place He prepared special song!!! He paid attention to every little detail. He is so caring. He is the best guy ever!! I am extremely happy that I choose exactly this Tour!! I wish you all the best!! You are Best!!!!!
Even he suggested Helicopter Ride at 12 APOSTLES.( EXTRA 175 AUD )

We were able to explore small towns and treated ourselves to ice cream from the award winning Dooley’s. We explored beaches and were in awe at the 12 Apostles and other landmarks of the area! Our guide, Noah, was so warm and welcoming towards us. He was a safe driver, shared a lot of his local knowledge and made some really great food recommendations. - owennormanbruce7 contributionsWe had the most amazing day out with Mark. He was a super useful guide, whilst also letting us explore at various locations on the Great Ocean Road. You have more than enough time at each stop to get off and explore - we never felt rushed. The sights are all breathtaking, and we even had tea & TimTams in Koala land. This tour is a must do in Melbourne!

We got to see a lot of view points and did lots of walks and hikes. Saw lots of animals in the wild and had a great group of people to spend the 3 days with.
