Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- nibblers2016Bridlington, UK123 contributionsAbsolutely loved the Outback Hell room from start to finish. It was challenging but we were kindly given lots of clues and extra time so we're able (just) to complete the game. I won't say anymore as I don't want to give anything away but I can recommend this room. When we visit Australia again I would love to try the other rooms. The booking process and pre trip information was all good. We loaded up all of our bags of swim gear, fishing gear and our eskies with food and drinks for the day. With everyone onboard we cruised to our first stop on the northern end of Bribie. The 4 kids on board ranged in age from 3 to 6 and all had a fab day fishing, swimming, beach combing, eating, drinking and playing around. We moved the boat 3 times during the day to accommodate the change in tides and wind and for some new scenery! The Pumicestone Passage is a perfect spot to spend a few hours with nature at your doorstep and Caloundra over your shoulder. Cruiza was very comfortable with several options for seating and room for all our gear. The weber BBQ isn't large so cooking our BBQ lunch took some time but we were in cruise mode so what did that matter. Our 6 hour hire was well spent enjoying the sunshine, water, food and conversation. A day creating memories especially for the little ones with one fish caught, kissed and released.Written 27 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jeff L4 contributionsAfter putting it off for 2 years finally mustered the courage to take my first jump. Went up cool instructor dude called Tye who made it so professional and fun. Some nice sightseeing over Caloundra and Bribie Island on the way up and then 5 minutes of mind blowing madness. Landed safe and sound. Amazing experience, would definitely recommend SCS!Written 22 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Katie S5 contributionsThe views were amazing, the pilot made us feel safe and was extremely knowledgeable. After flying around the glasshouse mountains he spotted whales breaching so took us out over the water to do some whale watching too! Simply incredible, highly recommend!Written 19 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
