Beautiful beach that if you’re in Caloundra highly recommend. Cafes, lifeguards, a pool and a selection of shade to be sun safe.

We had a great day out at QAM. Corbin was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. The volunteers are obviously passionate about their museum and the stories they have to share make this a memorable experience. The exhibits are both interesting and informative, lots of facts for little minds to absorb. Our 8yo loved it! It's a little expensive at $60 for a family but I imagine there's a lot of behind the scenes magic that goes on in order to keep the lights on so it's worth it! This was our first visit but definitely won't be our last.

One of our favourite places! Bullock Beach has great coffee shops close by, breakfast options overlooking the water too.

What a terrific Beach. Dog friendly beach and with great restaurants. A pathway links you with the coastal trail. Great way to spend Sundays lazing on the beach then fish and chips for tea or something exotic.

What impressed me so much were the facilities around the beach. The beach was patrolled, there was a caravan park with a view, shops were close-fish and chip, Thai, supermarket and hairdresser. There were activities too like the skate park and historical deck with the Dicky propeller. The beach has a good swell most times and the rock shelf offers hours of enjoyment searching the rock pools.

A great variety of craft market stalls for those gift ideas and I even treated myself. Good food and drinks stalls. Great setting in the heart of Caloundra central shopping area.

Visited this lighthouse on holiday with family recently. Had a spectacular view and would definitely go again. The only downside of this experience was the fact that my son Jacob fell off the lighthouse paralysing his whole body but apart from that minor inconvenience everyone (other than Jacob) enjoyed the lighthouse - would highly recommend to families.

Visited on Thursday 8th July. Bulcock Street is my local shopping strip. Plenty of shops to visit and variety of places to get something to eat. Well worth checking out if your visiting Caloundra

Visited on Sunday 19th March. Shelly Beach is a hidden gem, it's used more by the locals and has that relaxed atmosphere.

What a wonderful landmark to have in the middle of Caloundra - the artists that get to show their work and display their pieces for sale. It is a great community gallery and always worth a visit, time and time again.

As we were able to go to the night races on Friday while on holidays, we did. A fun way to spend a Friday night. There were quite a few people of all ages present. Everyone was well behaved. Entry prices are very reasonable. You can be as casually or dressed up as you like which is great. We were able to sit close to the finish line which was great. We will definitely go to the night races again if we are on the Sunshine Coast.
