They were very good at teaching us and informing us along the way. We also went to The Sand Bar for dinner and we were able to take the fish we caught and they cooked up a delicious dinner! Richard was so knowledgeable and provided us with such an amazing experience.
Knew he’s stuff and all the good spots to land the type of fish we were after. We were absolutely stocked to land a massive GT and take home a few coral trout for dinner.

Excellent knowledge of the spots to be, and when to be there. He is not afraid to use some fuel, unlike other charters.
The boat is perfect and Will's music selection is on point đź‘Ť.

While staying at Big4 Whitsundays
Fishi had a truck come to offer all there great seafood range, so we took the opportunity to order a platter for 2, which had made a delivered to us back at the park.
Fantastic service amazingly fresh seafood.
A must do if your at the Whitsundays.

We had a list of fish we wanted to catch and Ashley put us on them all and more!
GT’s, Coral trout, spanish mackerel, red throat emperor, spangled emperor, nanygai, mac tuna, so many and so much adrenaline pumping all day!
I cannot express what a great we had on our private charter, Ashley has all the top fishing gear and they are happy to bait up your hooks, which they did for me (Squamish female)
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea was provided, drinks, water and most importantly a loo on board!
We are coming back to fish again!

Andy was expecting that we had a little more expertise than we did but he was unflappable and patient. He showed us some knots and techniques for me to take back to use on my new jet ski for fishing.
We caught coral trout, Travelly, a queen fish, cod and a barracuda.
Really good fun.

Continuously looking for the fish, great provision of bait & tackle, really knew their stuff.
Unlike other charters who are comfortable in just drifting & bottom bashing with no results, these guys don’t stop searching until they find the fish. Had a great 6hr trip, loads of fish & great filleting/bagging by the guys when back in harbour. Magic weather, great fishing spots & got a great haul of fish. Had a tug-of-war with a shark for my fish - shark won, I got the head haha! Even got a snorkel in out there out from one of the beaches. Murray is super knowledgeable. The boat is a beast and so comfy, just cruises through the water with it's power.
You won't regret a day out with Catch My Drift! Highly recommend it to anyone! The service from skippers Ashley Matthews and Paul Moran was excellent. We left from Hamilton Island and spent most of the day around Shoalhaven Anchorage. Seafood and BBQ throughout the day was best ever.
