Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- LoisSawbridgeworth, UK361 contributionsCute little waterfall and small pool to swim in. Short walk to pool but no clear path, have to go through some little streams and over slippery rocks so take care. Road into parking accessible by 2WD during dry season and if going very slowly.Written 2 July 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - rob27898Port Kennedy, Australia458 contributionsIt’s November - it’s 29 degrees at 630am - it’s time to walk up Kelly’s knob.
We drove as far as we could before taking the big walk first.
It’s steep, uneven and barely ‘steps’ in places. Handrail is ropey in places too.
Well worth a visit for the view but take heed of the warning signage.
If you’re uneasy with heights or edges, do not attempt.
Can access with standard drive car. Tarmaced all the way up.
The smaller look-out is equally uneven in places but is barely 20 steps high.
Nice plaque to some lost-lives too which makes you appreciate the view a little more.Written 5 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Peter_B_SimonsPortland, Australia651 contributionsA great gallery as different to other galleries have visited. Pleasant no pressure and helpful assistant who was there when needed but transparent when not. Minimal rules other than being polite and enjoying the art. Great art and artists with more than mass produced dot paintings, the exact opposite and this was refreshing. Many painting I could buy but some need a lot of wall space.Written 10 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Due to staffing issues their caffe was unfortunately closed but that’s the same everywhere atm.
Definitely take the time to watch the 5 min presentation about where their sandlewood comes from and read the information available.

Please include more signage as may not have found it without my friends recommendation.

- Loud1CanberraCanberra, Australia412 contributionsUnusual for me to review a shop but while my wife was in the good hands of a salesperson the owner discussed the history of his business and the up and downs of being in the jewellery trade. A fascinating ten minutes. Also they didn't pushed so relaxed and my wife chose a lovely Boab Tree pendant.Written 12 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
