What travellers are saying
- JohnDeereQueenBay of Plenty Region, New Zealand67 contributionsEssential Sunday morning visiting! We bought greek basil and japanese parsley plants, GF pancake mix, macaroons, courgettes, smoothies and vegan coconut yoghurt starter amongst other items. A man with a wonderful voice serenaded everyone. All the stallholders we visited were cheerful and friendly as well as very knowledgeable about their products. If I lived in the Hawkes Bay I would go to this market every Sunday! I very much look forward to returning.Written 28 March 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Dreamer4933931 contributionWe visited recently for the first time, and were really impressed. There is a large selection of samples to taste, and the lovely lady was very friendly and informative. I was especially impressed to be given a complimentary item to take with me. I will definitely online order in future and love the Traditional OlivesWritten 20 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

I popped in for a take away coffee and bought a sandwich. Now I'm not a sandwich fan, but I'm pretty sure this was the absolute best sandwich I have ever eaten. It was a Smoked chicken, brie and cranberry on I think rye. So delicious and fresh. The coffee is beautiful as well. I will be back with a friend some sunny day and will eat outside. Thanks.
Footnote: there's lots of groovy gifts things as well.Written 16 January 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - ibaas2016Brisbane, Australia346 contributionsFrom the architecture inside, I spent a good five minutes just looking at the wonderful building, to the amazing eclectic things on sale, it's a real treasure. If I lived here a number of items would have had my name on them.... a very special place. You feel it is a step above the rest, a revelation, a journey, not just a shop. The prices are also good and they aren't pretentious, but welcoming. Go and be surprised...Written 5 March 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
