My wife had been here a few times, so when we came to Australia, it was one place I wanted to visit, because of all the descriptions I had had from her. I was impressed on arrival by the stunning gardens and when we went to the shop, again, I was impressed with what was on offer. What I really wanted to do was to have a meal and watch all the birds coming to the table while we were eating. The food was fabulous and the staff attentive and helpful, unfortunately due to the amount of dogs in the eating area, every time the birds came to the tables, the dogs either tried to get them or started barking scaring them away. If this is the main selling point of this lovely place, why are dogs allowed in to frighten the birds away? The birds were the main reason I wanted to go there, imagine my disappointment to watch these dogs frighten the birds away. Please if you want more people to visit stop the dogs going into the eating area and scaring away the birds. We also noticed dogs walking in a quarantine area. After we had moved tables twice we did manage to get a few birds to the table, at one point there were more dogs than customers.

The views were amazing and so were the beaches! Worth the trip down there! The sand is awesome and so is the water! Hit it up if you’re in the area

Very impressive tasting of a broad range of very good wines. Good sized pours. Very friendly and knowledgeable hostess. Plenty of time to take in the tasting room attractions between wines.

The taste testing and experience was amazing! The variety and service was outstanding and the pricing/deals really made the trip worth it!! Definitely recommend for an annual trip down to the region đź’—

I don't usually review roads but will make an exception this time. Caves Road is a narrowish, winding, sealed road that takes you past wineries and through some lovely timbered countryside. It has a sensible speed limit but drivers need to be alert nevertheless.

    Well worth taking a drive.

The best views of Gnarabup Beach are from the lookout which provides good views of the beach itself and the coastline on both sides of the beach. This was a pretty bewacj and popular

Stunning estate, very friendly staff who put in the time and effort to talk through the wines (even just before closing). We would love to come here again. The art gallery downstairs is beautiful too! One tip: check the maps and don’t take the horrible dirt road entrance of Steven’s Road. The road is in very poor condition, so approach from the north end instead!!

Such a lovely experience! It was my first wine tasting and it couldn’t have gone better. Alison was very friendly greeting us and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm to share her extensive knowledge.

The size and magnificence of the trees in Borranup is amazing. You feel small in comparison. Such a quiet, peaceful and calm setting. A walk here is recommended.

This has a lovely outdoor setting. Service was great. We have eaten before here and the platters were amazing but this time we ate from the menu. It was avearge. Fish and chips was disappointing as the fish was quite brown inside and tasteless. Barramundi was only OK.
Very interesting shop and wine tasting with owner was enjoyable.

Redgate Beach is popular with surfers but is a wild beach with pretty and quite rugged scenery. Care would be needed to swim here with many rocks and currents but one of the prettiest and more spectacular for scenery

Located in the TAFE just away from the main area of the township of Margaret River. Was quite busy - would suggest getting there earlier rather than later. There were a few coffee vans, pancake, dumpling, gelati type of vendors for a quick breakfast. A number of wineries and local cottage food suppliers. A few fruit & veg places as well.

We were able to pick up fresh produce for brunch. It wasn't big, it wasn't small. For a rural market - it had a fair bit. We spent a little under an hour there but you could spend more.

Wow. That entrance hall to the wine tasting venue is something else. Then the view from the wine tasting hall out over the vines, with all that natural light. Something special for sure. Great wines and a great experience thanks to the team at Amelia Park Wines. Ask for the older wines menu too, if you’re looking for those aged a little more than the daily serve. Final point, we had the kids playing around outside and the team was all smiles with that too, giving them cold water when they came in and welcoming them too. That rounded things of for us. Thank you to the team.

Absolutely fantastic selections of fine wine … try the $20 tasting of $100 bottles of wines…the Cabernets are the best vs
Chardonnay, but both are excellent. Jasmine was a great host and guided us through the wine making process… she knows her stuff…..

Visited to taste the wines but ended up having the lunch. The wines were a little dry for my taste and cant say i found it amusing when a member of staff Mocked my pronunciation of Riesling in the cellar door, but the restaurant was another matter. Staff were friendly and attentive , the food was fabulous . Great value for money.
