- kristie m1 contributionWe arrived at Busselton onboard an Azamara Cruise, we missed out on booking a tour onboard, we hired a Bus/Driver to take us on a winery tour. And WOW, we visited the most amazing wineries (and I am from SA) - our Driver was a wealth of knowledge, my faves were MARQ wines, make time for a cheese platter and pop over the road chocolate, and the best wine tasting experience is Happs Winery. The guide were knowledgeable and made the experience fun and informative. We enjoyed tastings at each stop, with delicious wines and great pairings. The scenery was stunning, and it was the perfect way to explore a variety of wines in one day. We had a fantastic day, together with our friends who were visiting from South Australia, as well as new friends from Canada and the UK. We could not fault the team at Harvest Tours, who were well organised, friendly and knowledgeable. Also great recommendations for other days during our stay (which we did, and were also great).
The day served up beautiful weather for our canoeing, which was an absolute treat, and we loved the varied experiences across the day.
I was after something that was different from the average wine tasting tour and this certainly delivered.
Sean’s knowledge of the whole area was fabulous.

Ziggy our tour guide was very informative. We visited a farm learnt about the animals and feed some followed by morning tea. Scones Jam and cream.
Then onto great selection of chocolate tasting followed by visiting many wineries with a lovely lunch in-between at a Olive farm. The wineries were very generous with their wine tasting and knowledge. So many different wines were tasted.

I had previously done a tour in 2020, and I did two tours over Christmas and New Years (2024/2025). One tour was more wine orientated and the other was more craft beer focused. Ziggy thoughtfully selects the stops to create an incredible experience.
