Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Was a bit nervous about the chairlift but the lovely, helpful staff were so good looking after us. Lady at the ticket office was so lovely, thank you.

Recently saw the nature photography exhibit and it was so well put together with a good amount of space. Brilliantly executed. The shop also had some wonderful gifts that were mostly local which was really refreshing

We loved this market. So many good things to eat, so many interesting things to buy for ourselves and for gifts. We happily spent a couple of hours there. Well worth it.

We started to explore around Launceston and came across the walk to the Gorge. Every step of the way was an adventure until we saw the bridge. Well with the casual walk from and to the city.

Beautiful designs on display, and a good range of stylish gifts. The building itself is lovely to explore.

Wandered around the area checking out the sights and the info plaques scattered around on both sides of the suspension bridge. Worth a wander at a relaxed pace

Prue went out of her way to facilitate the various bookings we needed as we tour around Tasmania. Thank you Prue for your courtesy, patience and humour.

Finding the Town Hall Clock was a nice surprise, (but not so good when it chimed four and the Information Centre just shut for the day). The clock is not actually on the Town Hall but opposite it. I'm easily fooled and it worked on me.

We love Peter and Anne’s works. A most interesting experience to watch artists at work. Both are well known artists who have pieces in many major/National Art Galleries. If you like beautiful unusual and eye-catching collectible artwork, go and visit Peter and Anne. They are also very friendly.

Lovely pub and really nice decor in an old building. Excellent variety of beverages and their own beer was great. We enjoyed a Lamb Burger (not the menu one, it was a special) and it was delicious, the hazelnuts were a great addition. Had a great chat with the barman too.
