Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Clara MBaulkham Hills, Australia478 contributions221A Baker St was our 30th escape room - the second for our children aged 12 and 10 and the first for our younger child aged 8. The room had good puzzles that fit the theme really well, and were great for our tweens. We felt that the room could do with a few more puzzles, as it only took us around 40 minutes to escape.Written 2 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - wtandyLaunceston, Australia1,280 contributionsIn the summer months you can sometimes forget about pastimes like 10-pin bowling. Good fun here today. Quite a few people about, and the scoreboard monitor stats around bowling speed, best score from here on and personal averages have improved a lot over the years. Two games with shoe hire cost the three of us $60 - but there are package deals and cheaper times to bowl. Good family fun on a hot day. Air hockey and a few other arcade games also available, along with a shop serving drinks, hot chips and confectionery.Written 24 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
