Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I'd previously stayed on Moreton Island, 15 years ago, and wanted my younger daughter (nearly 16, who I was travelling with) to get a taste for the place. The weather was stunning for our visit which certainly helped. We started with the dune surfing which was fun (but sandy). It does involve a lot of walking in soft sand and I was pleased our group did it first as it would've been really hot later on! Lunch was tasty and catered for my daughter's Coeliac Disease (no gluten). After lunch was kayaking - also fun - and finally, snorkelling - which was probably the highlight: not only were there heaps of colourful fish (and coral) but we also saw a huge sea turtle. The ASS team takes safety very seriously, and there were staff hovering during both kayaking and snorkelling to keep people safe in the water. So even if you're a beginner, it would be a good way to try those activities out for the first time. My only complaint was that the sign-in at the Coach terminal in Brisbane was slow and quite chaotic; it would've been good for that to have been more organised to speed it up and make it less frustrating. But all round, an amazing trip. Don't forget to put on sunblock early and often!

A 5-star tour as Tania is a passionate and informed host who has the intention of every person in the tour enjoying the day. The sky walk is an amazing way to view the rainforest like you are a bird flying above the forest. The natural arch/bridge was a spectacular view with the rapidly flowing water. The Glow worm visit was intriguing to find out about these tiny creatures and their superpowers. Thanks, Tania, for a great day tour.

I had a fab time on this trip! I was travelling alone and booked onto this small group trip to see some of the incredible views the national park has to offer and this trip was perfect.

The views were incredible, there were enough stop offs and opportunities to see different sights, and there were short walks to each view point to stretch legs, see some of the forests and some wild animals too.

It was the perfect length trip leaving the rest of the afternoon when back at Surfers to enjoy the rest of the day.

Totally amazing!! Guide went out of his way to find animals in the wild for us, kangaroos. Wallabies, glow worms, … saw 2 waterfalls in different rain forests. Absolutely stunning! Learned so much about nature and history!! Glow worm caves were cool… and then we Saw glow worms in the wild at the waterfall! Saw a rare pademelon (like a little kangaroo in the rain forest), amazing birds, Turkey nests, cool trees. Was also very accommodating for a guest with a disability. Cant stop recommending this tour!!!!

This was an absolutely amazing experience! We had the best time and our tour guides were really helpful and friendly. We saw so many turtles and other sea life - dolphins, star fish and an incredible variety of beautiful fish as well. Totally recommend this experience!

Such an amazing tour and day out. We decided to book pineapple tours for the wine tour day and what an excellent choice that was. Our tour guide Michelle was so knowledgeable about the places we visited, we had such an amazing time. It was the perfect day tour for our hens weekend, we’ll definitely be back.

This was absolutely amazing, and worth every penny! We were met by friendly staff that took us out to the two air balloons waiting on a field. Me and my friend were shown to the smallest of the two, with room for 8 guests. Our flight captain were super professional and told us alot about both how to operate the balloon, and also the land around us as we were flying. It was such a nice experience, so peaceful and pretty. After the flight the ones who wanted to got to help pack up the balloon, then we took the bus to the Vinery. Here we had a lovely breakfast, and then we got to try some of the local wines. The day was amazing in itself, but then they announce they got Alpacas, and we are welcome to walk and cuddle them!! Wich made the experience go from great to fantastic. All in all, it was so worth it and I cant recommend this enough. All of the staff was so nice, fun and knowledgeable.

Duffy was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable.
It was a great family trip. The little cafe we stopped at was very sweet, welcoming and the cakes were yummy.
We saw lots of wildlife (spiders, lizards, eels, learning about the plants) the highlight for us was seeing the glowworms.
The children were very welcomed on this tour and all their questions were answered.
Very informative tour and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Brilliant is the only way to describe the experience. Family owned this smaller operation allows you to get up close and personal with 🐳. Very experienced skipper with outstanding knowledge and communication. We learnt so much about the life of whales and importance of marine life in general. Everyone gets a perfect view on this boat as it is purpose built for viewing. Unlike larger boats where it’s much more difficult due to huge numbers on board. Go Kokomo and get the best in the business!
