The tour guide was very informative both in animals and wine. The animal experience was hands on and the animal preserve is well respected. Special mention to Adam who made the trip to/from the restaurant wonderful with his commentary, great conversation and took great photos of us two. 3 course lunch was amazing too at the Emerson’s, great customer service and delicious food. A must do and definitely recommend to everyone.

We paid a little extra to get picked up from/dropped off at our hotel and to enjoy a cheese plate at one of the wineries. Ben put together a full day schedule for us and was very prompt and pleasant throughout the day. Had great conversation on the drive up and was very knowledgeable about the area. Overall had a great experience with fantastic wines and local foods (cheese and chocolate). We had to reschedule due to poor weather but they made it super easy - they moved us to the next day, which was perfect. Anthony was our pilot and he was knowledgable but not too talkative. Just the right amount of info and peaceful viewing. We wanted to go to the Hunter Valley but did not have time to take a motor coach. While we were not originally planning to take a helicopter, it turned out to be an amazing way to see the Sydney coast as well as the central coast/Hunter Valley. The views were stunning. The pilot was lovely, so friendly and informative and the kids are still talking about the flight days after. The lunch was amazing, probably some of the most reasonable food prices and great tasting food (coq au Vin + beef cheeks; two mains shared between myself and my partner) I have had in a long time. The wineries were good and the banter from James great! He looked after all our wine too and dropped us off home. Even the little things like labelling who has got what wine was taken care of! Great day tour.
