Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Charles MLondon, UK5 contributionsThis was one of the best wine tasting experiences I've ever had. The married couple who were our hosts were exceptional, so dedicated, Passion and hospitable. They gave us a tremendous experience of the amazing wines, the vineyards, the history and the whole story of mount pleasant.
Plus the wine was outstanding.

Lots of great outdoor spaces!
We came here on a food tour with Jimmy from Gourmet Getaway tours. Jimmy is delightful, and he paired the Saddler Creek wines with some wonderful offerings from his table. He actually pulled his gourmet truck/van into their parking lot and cooked everything there. Our group ate outside at a large table, and the person who was our wine host was informative and interesting and generous with the pours; we all took home quite a few bottles! Her conversation with us was not perfunctory; she did not dismiss us as part of a paid tour, she really took her time with us. The whole experience was just excellent. Were I to come back to the Hunter Valley region, I would definitely revisit this winery.Written 13 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A very unique experience with carefully selected decor. We were able to sample an extensive selection of house wines. Our Wine expert made our experience so memorable! He was clearly passionate about his job and ensured we all had a wonderful time! He even went above and beyond to include one of our friends who wasn’t drinking by creating special non-alcoholic drinks just for her. The whole experience was so much fun. We particularly liked the screened off rooms so we had privacy. This is a one of a kind experience in the wine region!Written 11 January 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kaelan TMaitland, Australia1 contributionAs soon as we arrived we were greeted with friendly and approachable staff, They are very knowledgeable when it comes to their products.
The food was amazing, I ordered their pizza, Salt and pepper squid plus some fries.
The view was amazing, even tho we went on a cloudy day. The view of the beautiful fields and hills was just captivating.
If you go out to the wineries and your not into the wines but wants some amazing food and a amazing view this is the place to be.Written 2 December 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Australian wines are mostly dry. We had lunch after wine tasting followed by some tea/coffee to relax. Lunch was okayish and so was the vineyard tour. They only showed the small vineyard at the parking but we were expecting more.
I have done wine tasting and vineyard tour in Napa Valley, US and they were take you around the proper vineyards.
However, the knowledge of wines and wine tasting everyone enjoyed.Written 30 May 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
