Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Julie G8 contributionsVery welcoming staff and such interesting exhibits. I love the little hidden sculptures for the kids to find. Well worth a look if you’ve got a hour or so to spend in Albury.Written 23 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - C...Victoria, Australia88,608 contributionsI was here twice over a period of a couple of days... I found the car parking a bit weird, but on my second visit I got better at manoeuvring around it. It's a lovely little shopping centre located in central Albury.
The first time I went to Woolworths to purchase morning tea for local staff. The second visit was to have keys cut... whilst I was waiting for the keys to be cut I walked around to see what else was available. What I did find weird is that it was after 09:00 and Myers was not open... most of the other stores were. Apparently they do not open until 09:30...I am not sure why it has a later start.
Nevertheless, the staff I interacted with in a few stores were all really lovely. I enjoyed my visit to the centre and I would return if necessary again.Written 23 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Bought fruit and vegetables at a very cheap price.Written 24 February 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
