Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was the experience of a lifetime - the highlight of our time in Queenstown! Thrilling and peaceful at the same time. Janik was great as my tandem partner; I felt completely safe. And of course the views were spectacular. I highly recommend doing this!

This was definitely a highlight of our trip to Queenstown. Paragliding was so much fun and the staff were fantastic. It seemed like we were in the air for ages, so we really got to settle in and enjoy it. We were also given heaps of great photos and videos to choose from. A once in a lifetime experience!

Angus took me soaring into the skies yesterday. He flew me from Omarama to Mt Cook and back. The gold star best way to view the summit of Mt Cook!! During the flight, Angus educated me on cloud formations to watch out for to "catch the wave" and soar to altitude. It was all so interesting that I spent a little too much time looking at the altimeter. Took loads of pics. Couldn't see the screen so I didn't even know if I was pointing the camera in the right direction. But looking through them last night, I am thrilled with the results and the memories I have to keep of a wonderful experience. Angus put himself to a great deal of effort to extricate me from his "baby" after landing. I hope he isn't suffering as a result. Service above and beyond. A BIG thank-you and the highest recommendation. Aging infirmities will prevent me from gliding again, so if you think you want to soar, make a booking with Angus today.

This was an awesome fun experience. Really generous time up in the air. Quinn and Matty and Mathew were all fantastic. Knowledgeable., funny, welcoming and they really looked after us. Very grateful to all three of them for a great time. It was so good we went back again and did it in the afternoon! We would recommend this place o anyone.

I did the three day paragliding course with Lisa and had a great time. Lisa is a great instructor and helped everyone learn at their own pace.

We had such an amazing time! Probably the closest you can come to feel like you are actually flying, like a bird! Absolutely beautiful scenery. Extra big thank you to the driver Harry and the pilots John & Ian! Would highly recommend. Wow!!

Took a tour with this company from Queenstown to Milford Sound. Fabulous coach with glass roof and huge windows to allow for the best viewing of the stunning scenery.
Driver Grant was brilliant on the long journey with information and stories which were informative and often funny. Luke drove back.
Well organised although ideally morning comfort and coffee break would be better if at a stop without so many coaches as the queues were long which meant we weren’t actually able to get a coffee.
Yes it is a long day but this company made the trip enjoyable and Grant and Luke brilliant
