    Review of: Old Bank Shopping Arcade
    Interesting use of the old banking chambers
    Remember this building when it was the BNZ and I worked at the opposition just down the road. Very much changed from a banking chamber but looks quite up-market and has plenty of food outlets as well as clothing outlets. Had a cup of tea before going upstairs to watch the clock on the hour - opens out and gives a run down on local history instead of chiming - interesting and worth a watch if your first time there. Weren't able to see the wreck downstairs as area was blocked off for some reason - but I'd seen it many years before.

    Review of: Outlet City
    Not that great
    Only a handful of shops so we went through in about 30 mins, depends what you are looking for but an overly good selection and some prices aren’t really discounted. Definitely don’t make a special trip to visit

    Review of: Johnsonville Shopping Centre
    Felt profiled
    Once went to a Hallensteins shop at Johnsonville Mall. After a couple minutes browsing around, I noticed this guy had been following me and watching my every move since I entered the shop. That's when I realised he was the security guard but I wondered why he chose to follow/watch me of all the people in the shop. Was it because of the colour of my skin?
