Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- jack zSydney, Australia9 contributionswe booked 3 trips through the centre in June 24. we are so happy to get the prices below the websites' price. as the centre always has promotion of trips.
the tours are wondaful. driver -guiders are all professional. those trip are long hours driving and very every worth of the prices. we highly recommend to book the tours in stead of self driving.
once again thanks the staff of centre.Written 26 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Spent some time reading papers and relaxing - nice cafe. Beautiful modern building - great use of space - something for everyone.Written 8 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - GeorgiePerth, Australia375 contributionsSaw Joanna Lumley live. We got to the centre early to enjoy a glass of wine - until we saw the prices. For a cup of Wise wine the price is $16 each. Retail, the Wise Rose price is $30 a bottle at the winery. Considering the convention centre would be paying wholesale prices, they are making huge profits per bottle charging those kind of prices. I didn't bother looking at the chocolate bars etc as I can imagine that the uptake price would be alot.Written 20 October 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rhon GMacksville, Australia69 contributionsI always find libraries a safe and relaxing haven, and the State Library of WA is definitely one of these. While it is a modern building lacking in character, it is a quiet place where one can find clean amenities, somewhere to sit and spend time out of the pump of the city.Written 21 April 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - brad G11 contributionsSuch an amazing show.
Unfortunately the bar staff were so rude and said I could only pay cash if I had the correct amount no change given
We were at the bar waiting for service the bartender then ignored us as a friend of his arrived the had a huge chat still leaving us unattended at the bar.
The service was unbelievable.
Otherwise a fun evening.

Having visited the lounge previously due to business class tickets we were both looking forward to the pleasant previous experience but it has fallen into a deep hole of being dirty, filthy windows, almost completely empty food buffet and the female toilets had no hand towels or toilet paper, my wife discretely brought this to one of the attendants attention and was advised they were fully aware of the situation but could not rectify as no cleaners were rostered on. The male toilets were very dirty with tissue all over the floor and had obviously not been cleaned or checked for hours.
Most of the tables/benches on arrival were either covered with or at least a few empty used glasses, plates and cutlery----This did not change in the 2 hours we were there. Now this was 100% not the fault of the 2 staff members on duty as they were both always very busy with the coffee station and bar as it is simply chronically understaffed. It was easy to tell that they were not enjoying their day at work. MANAGEMENT please sort out your staffing ratio.Written 7 May 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Service desk staff are warm and helpful, but the Lounge itself is a let-down. The place is frequently crowded, shows distinct signs of wear, and the overall effect of the ceiling treatment is like being in an industrial building. Bar staff are efficient and polite, but performance from other serving and cleaning staff is perfunctory. It doesn’t make for a cheerful atmosphere while waiting for one’s flight.Written 3 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
