The customer service gave us some advise during our travel so that we are safe and our rented car is safe too. - Timothy C1 contributionRecently travelling with a group of friend we used Just Transfers on 2 occasions . Firstly a transfer from the airport to out Hotel in the city and then from the Hotel to the Indian Pacific railway station in East Perth .
Dean was very accommodating and professional and we felt very lucky to have found him . He provided a wonderful informative introduction to the city on the way in from the airport . Company was very accommodating on the time and the driver was very professional and friendly and accommodating on the day taking them for detour drive to not arrive to early. Absolutely a great experience for her important day. - Gene R JSilver Spring, MD10,539 contributionsMy wife and I took this 2004 train car #1 from the 7AM East Perth Station, arriving at Kalgoorlie at 2PM. It was clean inside and out, nice restrooms, efficient buffet crew, comfortable and modern with airline-type seat-back entertainment screens. Each of the 3 cars had their own engine that purred along, seeming to increase speed the closer we got to the end. We climbed through forested hills to a landscape of wheat fields with sporadic depots of huge tent-covered piles of grain, then numerous brilliant white salt lakes until the soft scrub/small trees of the Great Victoria Desert.
Our only problem was that our seats(#’s 25 & 26) had just a partial view drastically reducing our ability to appreciate and photograph the fantastic scenery which is available to about half of the passengers through the large windows.
Because we travel for the scenery, I thought I had chosen the proper seats after watching a video on the entire trip and being one of the first to reserve. We tried to change our seats but the train was sold out thus none available.
It was very frustrating, as most of the passengers in these seats with big windows around us were little interested in these views other than a rare glance up from their conversation, movie or book.

Service was very good, we are staying In a airbnb had trouble working how to get in, Jane helped so much.
This company and staff are a credit to all the transfers. I have used so many all over the world, this company comes out in front.

Lovely quiet travel along the river with a great captain , who made our tour informative and comfortable. We recommend this cruise compared to bigger cruises along the river. It feels more relaxed . - Yammy41221 contributionsI organised a pickup from the airport to the Crown Towers in Perth for my wife's birthday. The driver was there on time, looking professional and was very polite. Car was immaculate and they even provided my wife with a little birthday treat. The price was very reasonable and not really much more than just a taxi. I had a small issue with getting payment completed online but that was sorted out very quickly once I made contact with them. The drivers were friendly and helpful. During the booking the office staff were efficient with regular emails and helpful information. - debmac1Perth, Australia90 contributionsNever again! Flew domestic flights so parked at the airport rather than taxi to and from..would have been cheaper and quicker to taxi. Flew out one airline and back on another necessitating 20 min wait at terminal bus stop and 20 min bus drive between terminals.
