I spent a morning in the park. It's huge, 3 times the size of Monaco! The different areas were well marked with interpretative signs. Paths are well maintained and the place is a must see

Take your time snake along and enjoy the views of Perth. Better if you take the ferry to Rottnest Island and get the guided tour!

They have tours in the morning to show you how gold bars are made. Never knew there was so much gold in Australia! Also they can customize the medallions for you!

Great time -there was more to see than I expected. Lovely to see some old history being retained and displayed.

Elizabeth Quay is intended to bring the river to Perth city. It is only a short walk from the Quay to the city, but the Quay now seems to becoming a multi-faceted real estate development. One of its main features is the Swan Bells. Visitors can also take the ferry across the Swan River to Mends St in South Perth. The ferry leaves from Elizabeth Quay. Fares are modest; seniors can travel free, off peak. Elizabeth Quay is on the northern side of Perth Water, one of the Swan River's largest expsanses of watder.

A must visit if you're at Kings Park. The walkway offers spectacular views over the city! Very accessible and not a difficult walk.

I've only been to a handful of art galleries in my lifetime, but I've seen enough of them in Italy to know that this gallery is on par with some of the European ones. Without mentioning the art, as it frequently gets replaced by newer works, the layout of the building makes it convenient to walk around and pushes you to explore all its corners. The staff was helpful to me when asking for directions and in general attending this gallery was a nice and refreshing experience from the daily routine of home-work life, especially during the lockdowns..

Anyhow, if you're unsure about it, read some of the other reviews and go for it, the 1-2 hours spent in there will be worth it

Scitech is a really cool place. I have to say, I really like almost everything about this place. I likes the playgrounds, experiments, safety measures and the planet trophy looking thing (Planetarium). When I went here I had lots of fun and satisfaction for the things I learnt at this place. I went here not once but twice, but both experiences are nearly the same. It is not without flaws though. The experiments could be quite scary and harmful to little kids but it was good education. For some reason, when I was here for both the occasions, the place felt robot looking and was quite dark. A few things could be added to Scitech to make it better. You could create a huge map of the whole building, add some extra and better games, make the experiments less scary, lower the time spent in the Planetarium and make the Scitech excursions slightly longer in terms of time.

Along with those normal changes mentioned just above, I also think that Scitech should include a robot related place in the building with robot like games and even wearable robot suit costumes for extra experiments and fun which are optional for adults but mandatory for children who visit Scitech as an excursion. I recommend robot suits for children to wear during a robot section so that the kids who wear them could have more interest with learning about robotic technology. The robot suits would be worn for 30 minutes and are then taken off when the experiments and games are done.

Cool place overall. I recommend to anyone who want to learn space like things.

St Mary's Cathedral is a centre of Catholic church life in Western Australiia. St Mary's is built in Neo-Gothic style. It is an outstanding ecclesiatical structure, one of the most impressive in Perth. St Mary's is located in Victoria Square, a prime city location. St Mary's is avalable for inspection and worship, please check on times.

Perth has developed dramatically since the 1970s. The best view of this "Little Manhattan" is from the Fraser Avenue Lookout, where the city is spread out in front of you, It's perched on the scarp at the edge of Kings Park, truly "the Vision Splendid."

I visited on a hot May afternoon. Hopped on a bus from Elizabeth Quay that brought me to Victoria Park Transfer station, and Heirisson Island is about a 10 min walk from there.

The place is very self-explanatory and free for you to explore. I guess it was too early and the weather was hot, so not a lot of kangaroos around. I did manage to see 2 western grey kangaroos. Worth a visit (it's free!) if you have time to spare!

What a great idea! A free bus service around parts of the city centre. Free bus to the central bus station then regular bus to the airport - $5. What's not to like?
