Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a wonderful experience! Cable beach is beautiful, especially during sunset. The camel ride was very relaxing and the camels were well cared for. The staff and owner truly care for them and would give them pats or kisses while people were mounting them in preparation for the walk. The staff took excellent photos using our phones and also told us some interesting information about camels and stories about certain camels in the pack. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Broome! It was the highlight of our day!

Absolutely amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were there at the start of the set so it was very hot and humid but cold water and other refreshments were readily available. Thank you so much.

One of the most enjoyable holiday activites we have done. Everything worked just as it should. Skipper Cam was obviously highly adept at managing his craft and very knowledgeable as to the animals in Roebuck Bay and the Bay itself. Mac was super efficient, gracious and smiling in her work. The dolphins, birds, sharks, sea snake and occasional turtle all put on a show. Thank you for the experience.

This is amazing day trip. First of all the fantastic office girls did their utmost to get us into a flight as there has to be a minimum of 4 people. We had 2 days booked that were cancelled due to the other couple cancelling. Third time lucky we finally flew yesterday. The 2 hour flight up to Mitchell Plateau was incredible. I just didn't know where to look..... and photos..... let's just say, between my husband on one side and me on the other, we took a lot. After landing at the MF airstrip we had morning tea at the "Departure/Arrival Lounge and then headed 30 minutes down a rough 4WD track to the campground. After a 5 minute helicopter flight, with wonderful views we landed. We walked to the viewing points of the Falls with Aaron, our Pilot/guide and it was stunning. I couldn't stop looking at it or taking photos. After we got back to the shelter. we crossed the river and had a lovely lunch under a shady tree and some had a swim. It was time to board the helicopter again for more views on the way back to the 4WD and the drive back to the plane. After arvo tea we finished the day off with the flight back to Broome. Lots of beautiful views of the coast and lots more photo taking. A huge thanks to our Pilot Aaron. Couldn't have asked for a better guy. Also, more huge thanks to Ash for picking us up and returning us to the CP. I would also like to thank Emily and Shawnee in the office for finally getting us onto a tour. Would definitely recommend this tour. Pricey but well worth it

The day started well with our bus driver Jensen who was friendly and welcoming. We were fully briefed on safety procedures at the airport before boarding our little plane. Our pilot, Renz, was fun and informative. The scenery we saw on the flight was spectacular. Time at Cygnet Bay Pearl Farm was very educational and the barramundi lunch was delicious. On arriving back in Broome we were presented with a photo of us standing beside our plane. We had a fantastic day and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely drive to the Dampier Peninsula, very informative guides when we arrived at each destination. Could have had a bit more food for afternoon tea!

We really wanted to see the Horizontal Falls and sightsee above Broome. We were wait listed to fly knowing that we needed 4 people to book. As our leaving date got closer the staff at Air Kimberly and the Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa pulled out all the stops to accomodate just us as a couple so that we could still go. We were picked up by Jensen and taken to the airport where we met our amazing pilot and host for the day Lachlan. He was an excellent pilot and gave us a real insight into the beauty of the area, his love of flying here, and what to expect next. The falls were amazing and along with the geology and seascape made the flight highly worthwhile. The trip to the Cygnet Bay pearl farm was fascinating as we got to see pearls being removed and new ones seeded. On our boat trip we saw lots of birds and sea life as well as experiencing the powerful tides and the whirlpools. Our boat captain also explained to us his families long connection to the region and his love of the area. A real highlight is landing and taking off from the airstrip at Cygnet bay

An amazing experience. Spotted lots of snubfin dolphins, boobies and terns. Dolphins and birds were diving for fish. Our dietary needs were catered for. Team was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommend this tour.

I was in Broome in the wet season so unable to go on a cruise boat to see the Horizontal Falls as I wanted to. I saw this scenic flight option was available so book this instead. The flight itself was beautiful. I didn’t realise how scenic and pretty the Falls and the surrounding areas were going to be. Lots of photos were taken.
Initially, I didn’t have any interest in the pearl farm stop, as I don’t like those high-pressure sales installed into tours. However, this was nothing like that at all. The staff there were very inviting, friendly and very enthusiastic about what they do. I learnt a lot in a very short period of time including some history about broom that was really interesting. Despite living in Australia, my whole life, I did not know a lot of things that I learnt at this place.
Finally the air Kimberley staff and pilots were very welcoming and very lovely genuine people . Overall a nicely paced day.

We were surrounded by whales today showing us there unusual behaviors which were explained to us by a very knowledgeable Georgie and chatting with her it was obvious she knew her stuff. Phoebe also was very approachable and obviously loved her job. Snacks were awesome and well received. Thank-you girls you made our tour which was very organized. Fantastic experience 💙🐳💙

Amazing and one of the best tours I have done. Seeing the Kimberley’s at its rawest.
Martin our guide was knowledgeable, dedicated, comprehensive in his explanations and instructions and inclusive with everyone, considering we had a diverse group. Martin’s hard work and dedication to ensuring we got the best experience for the trip didn’t go unnoticed. Martin is an excellent tour guide and well suited to the role. Camping on Lake Argyle to walking through the Bungle Bungles for sunrise were just a couple of special highlights which I will treasure forever.
Thank you Martin for showing the Kimberley’s in this very special and unique way.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see this part of Australia by getting out of their comfort zone and getting a bit dirty and bruised, taking away unforgettable memories.
To get the full experience this trip is for someone who is reasonably fit and agile.

I picked this company after reading the reviews and I am so glad I did. You do need Ok mobility to make the most of it but alternatives are offered for most things and assistance is always given. Lots of food, reasonable drinks, great fun,new friends, fantastic staff. No TV and that was a blessing. And as for the Kimberley, just go and see.
