Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Claudia X65 contributionsIncredible blue/ turquoise ocean, calm water, red cliffs, sightings of turtles and many species of birds, even a few distant whales on the horizon - what more can one want?Written 10 August 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Nigel K4 contributionsPaul gave us a wonderful jet ski tour around this beautiful coastline. He looked after myself and child very well.Written 11 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Flatwhite2015Sydney, Australia4 contributionsGreg, the owner, does a good job and knows his stuff. The problem was in 2 hours we didn't get a bite. There were 6 of us in 3 double kayaks, including Greg. It was $100pp, so $500 in total and not a bite. The kids were disappointed. He sold us on an "80% catch rate" which I find hard to believe given we had 5 rods trawling for 2 hours. Not good value given our zero result. Wouldn't recommend it. He should have offered something else such as more time the next day. He clearly does it late in the day so fading daylight is the cue to finish.Written 13 July 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephen PMelbourne, Australia11 contributionsWhat a wonderful afternoon. Although we didnt see that much marine life, the guides were wonderful and informative. They helped us get a handke on the kayaking and guided us in a very relaxed manner throughout the trip. Well worth an afternoon when visiting in Broome, even for older or complete novices.Written 28 June 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
