Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- OldjackGreater Melbourne, Australia29,084 contributionsAlthough not well developed or presented Gantheaume Point has a stark beauty about it and definitely worthy of a visit. Enjoy the beach views and the rocky shores.Written 7 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Robyn WGreater Melbourne, Australia7 contributionsPleasant, need to watch the money situation if you eat out a lot, Business owners appeared friendly.A nice place that I enjoyed however I think this aspect is a bit overrated. Everything has to come together to get a good one.
Broome is nice but can be very expensive. Need to book well in advance if you want to ride the camels. Stayed in a caravan park, but as I have mentioned everything has to be planed and booked if you want to do tourist things.Written 17 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BabyboomerWADunsborough, Australia239 contributionsWe always visit the Broome Factory when in the Kimberley. With the Covid pandemic and downturn in visitors, they were well down on products when we visited in July. But we still found something locally made to take home. Worth taking the time to find this place. It's a bit hidden in the light industrial area.Written 9 October 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
