Fun puzzles that my partner, 10year old son and I all we able to contribute to solving. Highly recommend. - Skeney57Sydney, Australia25,011 contributionsAs the countdown gets closer to the shut down of the Valley we enjoyed another chapter of Cox Plate history. Back in our digs at the Inner Circle and in line with the finishing post even Daryls absence couldn't detract from a great days racing. A ten race program at times can be brutal but most weathered the day & kept up the pace! Sadly the cost continues to rise like a Chinese firecracker, but luckily I got the winner up for only the second time in 19 visits, so next year is safe. The food, staff & beers were all good and our seats are unbeatable. All in all a great day in the members of the MVRC and a fabulous run by Via Sistina & JMc to win by 8 lengths! I can't believe how early JMc got up in the stirrups before the Post!!! This is magic where the skill is in the performers rather than high tech gadgets.
It looked to me that everyone was smiling as they left the theatre and had had a good night out.

Hubby loved the drive except for the instructors foul language which he found a little over the top. You can purchase a commemorative photo for $60 and a USB of the drive for the same price, or $100 for the combined package. At the venue entrance you can get hot dogs and sodas which are reasonably priced. The 8year old was able to participate although got a bit bored by the end as she wasn’t able to help us when we got stuck. 11 year old loved it as did mum and dad. Birthday boy had great fun too.
Was fairly expensive for our family to do and a drink afterwards added to that expense - but was needed by us all.
