Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic tour! Emily was the BEST! Professional & friendly with great information at each stop on the tour. Also, Emily’s playlist on the bus was outstanding and she is a great driver too. We enjoyed the sites and especially the walk in the forest, but it was Emily that made this Great Ocean Road Full Day Tour from Melbourne so exceptional. Thanks Emily!

So many beautiful cats! The place was tidy and clean and all the cats looked very happy to be there. Sarah was great and welcomed us in warmly, telling us all about the many cats. Great value and will be back soon! Xx

We went with friends for a 7 year old reptile party for the kids. The crocodiles and snakes were amazing and very, very friendly. The handlers took their time with the young children and the parents probably liked the wildlife even more than the kids. Worth every cent!

Went on the 4 day Ayars Rock and Red Center Premium Camping tour.

    Great trip! Would highly recommend.
Had Scott as a guide, he did excellent! Had a thorough knowledge, was very efficient, nice and funny. Would definitely recommend him as a guide.
We saw many beautiful places and learned a lot. Tried both sleeping in tents and in swags, both were very nice. Would definitely recommend trying the swags as this included the most beautiful starry sky. Dinner was very good. Camping place were nice, with nice facilities.
Only downside was that breakfast and lunch was the same everyday. Could be improved by including variations.

We had a private tour of the Mornington Peninsula and I can not give enough stars for the effort our guide James made to make our day great. We made our first stop at a wildlife sanctuary and saw all the wildlife we wanted to see while in Australia. Next we stopped at a local craft/art fair and then headed to lunch at a local cafe. We walked through a sculpture garden and stopped at James favorite winery for a nice glass of Pinot Noir. To finish the day we stopped by several beautiful beaches. Our guide James explained the local history and took us to places that did not feel touristy. I highly recommend James and Localing if you want to see the Mornington Peninsula from a locals view.

As a couple we had wanted to take the Great Ocean Rd trip. Our bus was modern and comfortable with AC Wi-Fi and USB outlets. The trip lasted almost 13 hours with many stops and made enjoyable by a well informed and entertaining driver.

I loved this company but it seems to have closed. Went on a fantastic tour a few years ago and was hoping to rebook with them. Mac if you see this, just want you to know it was the best!

This is my 2nd time engaging Chris Wombat from Wild Wombat Escape Tours that never disappointed us. From his good driving skill, funny jokes, very knowledgeable on this trip that made our trip very enjoyable. He drove us to see wildlife animals eg Koala and Kangaroos at some unexpected places. Such a memory trip. He prepared such a healthy alfresco lunch for us. 5stars for Chris Wombat. You may contact if you like to engage him for day tours in Melbourne . His contact is +61400144878

I took this tour of New Zealand as it covered both islands. It went from Christchurch to Auckland and I spent a few days in Christchurch before the tour. The tour guide and driver were excellent. They ere were efficient at their jobs. We stopped thru a lot of small towns; the amount of time spent there was good. I wish there were more time in the big cities, like Wellington.
There was a lot of on and off the bus, normal for a bus tour. Got a lot of pictures in. It was a long flight there - 13 hours. Highly recommended.

Jay was able to arrange a custom walking tour and trip for my brother and I who unexpectedly found ourselves in Melbourne after travel changes due to a cyclone. A beautiful and well-timed walk along the coast, ending at a beautiful beach where we could take a rest and put our feet in the water and explore some tidepools. Great vistas and explanations along the way about some of the geographic and flora/fauna of the area. Followed up with a delicious lunch at a local cafe, and car rides filled with engaging conversation on every conceivable topic. Jay coordinated everything, arranged to pick us up at the hotel and drop us at the airport and was easy to reach and clear to communicate with to organize. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
