Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did the Sunset kayak tour and with absolutely no kayaking experience and my wife and I both over 60 it was a breeze and absolutely awesome!!
The views spectacular, dinner whilst sitting in your kayak hearing about the Yarra River and Melbournes history fantastic and the finish up past the Casino and Southbank area under the stars a big finale!!
    Thoroughly recommend it !!

What a wonderfully relaxing girls day out, music going and our wine and cheese in the fridge, the perfect way to celebrate my 40th with my nearest and dearest.

NYE on Lady Cutler was pretty good all-round. After a somewhat chaotic boarding process, we were treated to beautiful oysters and prawns accompanied by friendly bar service. The later arriving guests missed out on the oysters and prawns but the food kept coming all evening. The itinerary was a little tedious as we really didn't venture far from Dockland during the 4-5 hours. Overall, a great way to spend NYE.

Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day and we spent the afternoon sailing Port Philip Bay on the 60 foot traditional ketch, Alexander Stewart, with about 30 others. The timber ship is beautifully fitted out - especially down below - and sails and rigging are reminiscent of a bygone era. From start to finish it was a real pleasure - helped in no small measure by the beautiful weather. The crew, led by owner Ivan were extremely helpful and friendly and the skipper gave some of us a great education on how to handle this beautiful boat (" Steer it like a ship not a yacht!") and let a father and daughter do most of the helming under his guidance. Those who wanted to and were fit enough were invited to help with sail hoisting and trimming. Those who didn't could watch! We were free to wander around and explore all parts of the ship - it has a number of beautifully paneled cabins sleeping 18 which seemingly can be rented, two heads and a lovely central galley and lounge area. During the 3 hour trip we were served and abundance of fresh cut fruit, savoury nibbles and dips, water and soft drinks and then........ fresh scones with jam and cream and tea & coffee. All in all a wonderful and relatively inexpensive way to spend a Sunday afternoon and one I would heartily recommend to both visitors and residents.

Gary was an absolute gentleman. Didn't try to upsell me - in fact helped me find an option that suited my needs...and then surpassed them on arrival! Thank you. And Jeremy at the dock was relaxed and helpful and friendly. We were a bit of a nightmare customer, booking last minute and then turning up late. These guys treated us like royalty. The boat ride through the city - which we'd done before on the ones that start closer in - was way better. Coming in from Docklands is much more fun and you still get to go all the way through the city, even with only one hour. We'll come back with friends and do a two hour - we had a great time.

Had a great ride with Jay out of Southbank connecting to the Yarra River Trail. Delivery of bike to my hotel was efficient and everything worked out great. I have used Livelo a number of times over the years and they always provide top notch service and great guides

The Yarra's Edge and Marina is a mooring place for luxury yachts. It's alongside the ultra-modern Webb Bridge, which is structured to resemble the eel traps used by indigenous fishermen at the entrance of the Yarra River before white colonists arrived. It was once the swinging basin for interstate ships fot the Port of Medlbourne.
