Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- aurora L5 contributionsIf you are looking for sim card/s, I highly recommend to purchase it from Simcorner.
I purchased two sim cards (Europe and India). Unfortunately, there was a mix up at set up. My stupid mistake. As a result, I didn't have connection when I landed in Europe.
Once I reach out to Customer Support, there was nothing but complete willingness and enthusiasm to help me connect, despite the fact that it was my fault.
Special mention goes to Jolly and Alicia for their prompt actions to connect me, as soon as it was possible.
When I landed in India, no problems at all. Thank you both.Written 3 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Melbourne Bike Share provided a very systematic app for the information of the location of bike racks and the recommended routes. The bikes are in good conditions and easy to ride. Price is a bit high as its cost me about AUS$ 15 for an hour ride.Written 25 September 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elisabeth EAuckland, New Zealand41 contributionsWe visited Melbourne in October and we knew we wanted to cycle around and get lost and get found. Armed with a book about the city's best bike rides, we went everywhere. We cycled along St Kilda Beach esplanade super fast thanks to a mighty tail wind, we did the Yarra Trail, and we rode along the Maribyrnong River too. We loved the city cycling, especially on Saturday when traffic was sparse, and Fitzroy is a delight, and my partner enjoyed the various breweries he found. And the cycleways in Melbourne are largely separated which was a joy compared to Auckland where cycleways are still a work in progress. And the bikes were fabulous.. Doug fitted us out with quite the right bikes for our tastes and we were a little bit sad when we had to give them back.Written 1 November 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LPO_393Melbourne, Australia2 contributionsLast week I got the opportunity to hire a bike from these guys and ride one of Victoria's premium tracks. The whole process was unbelievably smooth from booking the bike of my choice to riding as many laps for as long as I wanted. The owner was up front with all the costs so there was no hidden extras and the bike was as described. As I got to the track I was greeted by a fully prepped bike ready to go and the owner was more then happy to make minor adjustments to make it more comfortable for me. I would highly recommend this company purely based on the quality of bikes and ease of being able to ride the best tracks in Australia.Written 27 July 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Liam W2 contributionsBrett was super flexible was drop off and pick up times. Very professional service! The bikes themselves glide to 25km/h with minimal effort and were perfect for a full day of relaxed riding.Written 31 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Everything was sparkling & new, food was wonderful and way too much for 2 people to eat. We cycled 12 kms around the city's landmarks (not bad for 2 people in their 50's) and enjoyed our picnic on the banks of the Yarra. Highly recommended!Written 1 March 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- StevenArlington, VA5 contributionsThis was my second trip with Ride International. This trip was to the Tour de France. I am in awe of their hotel selections, having the route go by the different hotels 3 times. Their route selections got us to some primo viewing spots for the different stages. They took care of us during the nasty heatwave ensuring we were well hydrated. I will travel with them again.Written 14 August 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jasper SBrighton, UK4 contributionsLivelo let me down by not providing the bike that I had booked a month earlier - and not getting in touch to let me know there was a problem.
Fortunately another local bike shop came through with an alternative.Written 15 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
