- Pioneer6252083 contributionsI loved the fact that had we been a few minutes late due to flights, the driver was prepared to phone us to see how close we were to the departure point in case he could wait. Also, I left my mobile on the bus, it had slipped down a seat. the guy who we were to met came and found us as we were in the wrong area the map given looks like it’s with the other buses maybe my mistake of reading but lovely guy went out of his way...
no signage on bus so we were all standing around not know what we doing told the driver would have a conXion hat on ummmmm had head gear but not a conXion hat but nice driver.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Pharris7Melbourne, Australia16 contributionsA group of 35 of us attended Golden Plains festival over the March long weekend, and hired a bus to take us there and pick us up, as it's almost 2 hours out of Melbourne and we would prefer not to drive. I have used the company for a festival before and it was ok, however this time was absolutely fantastic. We had a friendly and helpful driver Shaun, who arrived to pick us up on time and drove us in safely, waiting patiently while we had to make a stop before the festival. On the way home he picked us up on time as well and even suggested we have a food stop and again waited for us.
The price was reasonable, it worked out about $40 return for each person. We approached one of their coaches at the airport who was loading airline staff and was told we were not on his sheet and he would contact the depot. Approx 15 minutes later we received a phone call to say they did not have any busses available until later in the afternoon so if we wanted to wait 3 hours fine otherwise they could refund the fee.
