On our last transfer, Joe our driver kept us informed at all times as to his whereabouts and pick up location at the airport. So professional and accommodating with a good sense of humour. The limo was clean, well kept and just what we wanted.
We had the limousine for most of the day at a good rate.

Communication before the trip was detailed and thorough. Emails were comprehensive and answered promptly and everyone I spoke to was helpful and communicative.
I cannot say enough about our personable and engaging chauffeurs, George and Shadhid. They are to be commended for their high standard of professionalism and outstanding customer service. It was a pleasure beginning and ending our fantastic week in Melbourne being driven in their immaculate, luxurious Mercedes.
I highly recommend Limomate for anyone looking for a luxury chauffeur service in Melbourne. A bit difficult to find to pickup point at the Airport. Could do with a better sign post. The Maserati & Michael our fantastic chauffeur were both magnificently turned out!

So much easier to booking with them than to arrange an Uber, Taxi or any other form of public transport.
The drivers are very professional and safe. They will chat with you or keep to themselves if you are travelling with friends or business.

Location was great, the business shares the Grand Hyatt car park on the corner of Collins St and Russell St.
Price was very competitive, $68 for a day at short notice so happy with that.
Car condition was fine, everything worked as expected.
Opening hours a little inconvenient closing at 4pm. However the car can be returned to their car park at night and the keys returned the next day with no parking charges so that's a win. We got back about 10 minutes later and they were still there tidying up after another return and were happy to process ours as well.
