The sacred work of the Goddess is not honoured but capitalised and popularised by a person of no honour. Shameful. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - Ann E2 contributionsI enrolled for the Ebru Marble Dying class for 9/6/24. It was cancelled due to the instructor “going overseas”. I was told this on 7/6/24. I was assured I would be given a refund and to check with PayPal and/bank accounts to confirm. Vendor said “allow 7-10 days”.
It’s now over 4 weeks and NO REFUND.
When I called today to follow up, the staff person at the art studio advised that “I’m not sure why the refund hasn’t come through” and “I don’t have easy access to the bank accounts”. And further, “it’s not our fault that the refund isn’t working. We use Shopify and it says the refund is done”. Finally, she said “I’m trying to help you… I only work here… I’m not the owner “. But she gave me no one to contact that was higher up.
Her last advice, “ just file a complaint with PayPal “.
Pathetic.
The idea that I’m using hours of my time to track down my refund is absurd. This art studio has exceedingly poor business practices and does NOT place the customer first.
